how do you unlock the third button in the main menu?

Edit: Im not seeing any app.exe in the files or when I right click on the game folder so I'm lost

if you're playing on a laptop turn on [Numlk] and press the 'K' key and Boom !! Mission Accomplished !!!
Your antivirus program likely flagged and removed/quarantined the file (at least that's what mine did)

This is one of the most common cracking module, so yes it should be a false positive.

Seems like pregnancy is a ending, I got the ED Degrading ending and cannot be arsed to get the rest of the ending. After awhile, you kind of just leave the game running and mute everything to get the lewdness up after awhile - lol.

Ok managed to uncensor it with 3Dmigoto with the tutorials from Prick pussy looks a bit unfinished (but not because of the uncensor) apart from that it works fine.
anyone have a gallery save? Beat the game but seem locked into the bad endings despite having max lewdness and sensitivity maxed on all parts, dont particularly feel like spending an hour doing the same thing again.
The app.exe tries to contact these ips for some reason, so I would still recommend running the game isolated from the internet even if it is a false positive
