I was starting to think I got IP banned or something. The weird thing is that it easily loads on my phone, yet haven't been able to do so on my laptop in 2 days
Did you get the HS2 or AI mod (depending on what game you're running) Draenei mod from the link they posted?

If you downloaded the zip i added and unzipped in your games root, you should have it.

You can see Mod is where you guys told me to put it or make sure it was there.
KK Manager shows nothing is missing.
But as loading in game there is a "mod" missing

I got you, man. You made the same mistake I did at first. You got the Draenei AI mod instead of the HS2 mod from that link. That pic you posted of the mod in your folder shows it's AI, yet your folder name is clearly HS2.

You are checking the wrong mod. It's the draenei parts, that's missing.
