Sorry to ask again, but is there an idiots guide for playing HS2? I've re-DLed in case of file corruption, unzipped via both winzip & 7-zip, started through game app, & initsetting. After I'm in my room I can open chara maker, walk the hall, & call Fur, but that's it, no matter what I press, click, try to drag, nothing happens. I tried reading the manual but over half the writing is blurred/distorted, it's dispiriting, please, I would appreciate any help.

Does that mean that at the moment the server is to busy and I can't connect at the moment or do I have to change my IP for it to work. P.S. it is set to japan

Oh yeah, it looks really good, especially when you consider how weird it is to create a character when you know people are gonna be watching you.

Western faces are pretty hard, especially when you go minimal on the mods. One of my buddies says that facetype 1 makes the best looking western face, but I'm not sure if that's true. Personally, I use facetype 2 most of the time with pretty good results. I'm making a visual novel using AIS/HS2 (shameless promotion) and she's one of my main characters; I'd say she looks pretty western?

Got same errors initially , do this -

1. Install any Torrent client [ like Utorrent ] & Download [ScrewThisNoise] HoneySelect 2 BetterRepack R1.1 via it
2. Don't use IDM it might break files insidelike it did to me unless you got crazy fast internet .

Sorry to hear you're still having troubles. Unfortunately the manual is pretty much the best place to get started if you're feeling lost (but i agree it's pretty wonky). There's no walkthroughs for this game, probably never will be, since it's basically a sandbox.
I feel like the part you may be missing is the Room Manager:

• Click Manage Characters when in your room.
• Click Edit Groups
• You can now select a card from your folder and add it to group by clicking Assign
• You can also click Select Player and choose a card to be your 1st MC, and a secondary one (for threesomes)
• After that you just leave your room and select Call a Girl and navigate from there.
• The next step is to get familiar with each character's traits, since they will determine the available h-scenes and locations. Or, if you're like me, and don't care for any of that pseudo-rpg progression to make up for the lack of a storyline, then you can unlock everything with the in-game cheat mod.

Regarding RM, I've been able to make groups, choose MC, but when I click on Call a Girl, or ask FUR for sex, nothing happens, it lets me move through the list of rooms, but when I see a girls card, I've tried clicking on it, etc, but nada. Regarding the in-game cheat mod, I'm embarrased to say I don't know what, or where that is, or how to find/use it, perhaps that's in the blurred part of the manual(or I'm to dumb to see it), I apologise if I'm being dense, or I've missed a section of this thread.

Don't beat yourself up, man. You're not being dense. It's ok to ask for help. But honestly, i'm baffled by your problem, it's the first i hear about such an issue with such a selectively unresponsive UI. That's why i assumed you meant you just weren't finding your way into the H, not that literally "nothing happened" when you clicked around. I can't fathom how the game can just refuse to run a command like that without any error messages or crashes. The game clearly has no issues loading you into the lobby with Fur, as well as your room and a bunch of other locations.

To troubleshoot that issue you're better off joining the discord

channel. You can chat back and forth about it and try a bunch of different approaches in real-time. Make sure you're very specific about not getting any response from the UI when clicking those particular options.

Thank you for that, I'm going to have a few more goes, then I'll try joining discord, I'm not very good at responding in real time, as I have nerve damage which messes with my typing, etc, so, sometimes a simple sentence can be delayed until my hands work again. Anyway, cheers again for responding, I'm off to cause chaos elsewhere for now.

So sorry to hear about that, j5LDC2TB. Don't worry though. Discord has a mention system like in F95, so you can keep a conversation going across multiple posts and take as much time as you need to type, by just prefixing the name of the user you're talking to with an @. Big active mod community there with a lot of know-how about the inner-workings of the game - your best chance at getting HS up and running asap, since you seem to be having this issue for a while now and no luck yet.

For the time being, since you seem to have a clean install of R2, all i can really recommend is you try to run the game without mods and plugins to see if the problem may be caused by one of them. Just rename "winhttp.dll" and the "mods" folder so the game can't load them and see if that has any effect.

Bro that's exactly what happened to me , The H - Scene didn't load for me too at 1st when i started the game, so i deleted 'Userdata' folder from base game and Replaced all cards in 'Chara' Folder with untouched base folder & restarted the game . Make sure to make a backup of it if you got new character Cards in separate folder .

Hello!

I was wondering if anyone could help me out. I can't seem to get the male hands to align with the Breast Groping animation properly no matter how much I fiddle with Aid 1 and Aux 2. I haven't moved said actors from their original X,Y, and Z positions, and the animation is synced up as well. I believe my game is up to date as well.
