Maybe it's just me but I sense trouble from running patreon for a game made from bunch of skyrim mods?

Not really, plenty of SFM animators make full length porn parodies of modded Skyrim characters.
Granted using Tamriel in the name might trigger Bethesda ... sorry ... Microsoft.

Well... A Tamriel parody is 100% something I'm down for (TES Lore fanboy). Albeit I am a bit concerned about this games future, if it has one.
For starters, you could be targeting by a select group of mod authors, those guys are cunts. Someone mentioned the mod porn videos somewhere on this post. Those videos get away with it because those videos aren't making anyone money, at least not in the way the modders can track. The post above me mentions MxR, he was sued by Ashara (One of the larger known modders) because one of his videos had a half naked girl involved with one of her mods. It wasn't even the main point of the video, and he got sued. He won, but it cost him a lot to win. As long as dev remains completely anon, it may work.
Then there's the Bethesda side, which is now owned by Microsoft. The closer we get to the TESIV release, the more Microsoft will likely have Bethesda attack anything which may show up on Google results. While Microsoft is becoming more "gamer friendly" I doubt they're ready to accept copy write porn games lol.
