VH is Violated Heroine, a good pregnancy game imo but it's kinda buggy so i wouldn't recommend
Since I don't see it anywhere, I'll mention Haramase Simulator. The game is technically Abandoned, but it has tons of content and pregnancy is the main feature of the game. You can honestly pour hours upon hours into the game. As far as I know there was never any real end planned for the main story or anything, just for individual characters and such, of which there are dozens.
There's also How to Build an Elven Village (Completed) which features pregnancy as one of the core mechanics for progression.
Both can involve a bit of grinding, but the grind is honestly not bad.

How is Cabin by the Lake not on this list? Game play is like Ground Hog Day over a three day weekend, and while MC can't remember previous iterations of this weekend your actions and progression effect the past. Currently 3 of 9 love interest can become/be pregnant during game play and another 3 main girls in the epilogues. The game is being worked on.

Technically the preggo is at the end of the game, but the game is very short(I completed in 20mins) and there is an alt preggo cg for every scene(ie ~60% of cg is normal, 40% is pregnant), so I think this would fit.

I'll repost my reasoning for not putting Masters of Raana on the list - " After playing this game for many hours, I'm against putting it on the list. The slaves don't even acknowledge that they're pregnant besides their portrait changing which is very lifeless for me and not what we're really looking for. You can interact with your children up to a point but a lot of it relies on raising their discipline if you don't want them anymore otherwise they always turn into slackers lol. I might add Karryn's Prison since I have played that with the pregnancy mod and kind of forgot about it.
Ended up looking at your list and there are a few games there I haven't heard of/played before. However, they have to be on f95zone for me to list them.
And in response to another post - I'm not putting any pure ai games to the list even if they have pregnancy.

Cursed Affection, not a lot of content yet as its relatively new, but it starts with the MCs wife already pregnant and showing, so right away pregnant lewd scene.

Lost and Found has a couple pregnant LI's. new update came out the other day, games got some content to go, after all pretty sure the recent update just wrapped Part 1. havent finished it yet, but looks like most the harem is gonna be knocked up in early part 2, if not all including the mom aunt grandma moms best friend, and oh yeah he is also a sperm donor via the natural method to a friend of the family. Game is basically a sparkly version of My New Family, but without the loli look alike siblings, tail cat ears. also the grandma in this game is sexy and looks like a platinum haired aunt, probably the 2nd hottest milf character in the game only cause the mom is a redhead otherwise first. anyway sister and cousin already confirmed pregnant. so likely to be nice preggo belly content in part 2
and didnt see but probably missed this game
The List by Uncle Loco. Pregnant LI or two, or maybe the other is incoming, but 1 is already confirmed and another had a miscarriage due to injury, super frustrating and sad. im actually not in a rush for next update to be made cause between that and last update ending, followed by the side story VN having the shitty ass father i want MC to hate for not saving the main LI(dont care if her soul was preserved and she is coming back as a baby, thats the main love and 18 years til MC can give her proper loving again, and she will be biologically his kid i think now. bah, i wouldnt even care about that shes gone one baby is lost and he's a vamp now and cant have any other babies, its all frustrating and a bit heartbreaking when i allow my empathy to kick in. so i need some grieving time before im ready for the next update anyway. think im off track, babies yeah babies. Dev says theres crap loads more story to tell with the existing cast and some pregnant humans to be lewded in the future.
Life in Santa County, didnt see this one listed already either but then again could have missed it. but MC did knock up his best buddies mom and has had a couple lewds since. dont know how much she will show in future update and how much more game content will exist but its still going and she is pregnant. also kind of dommy mommy emotionally, but mostly just demanding to MC, downside if you are against it, in order to enjoy screwing the pregnant lady you have to actively cuck best friend and his dad, like to their face.

I agree with every single word you wrote about Lost and Found. I have the same feelings, and I WANT to like it, but the pure linear nature of it makes it hard for me. If it was a semi sandbox where the player could choose what to do next, something like Max's Life or Dark Magic, it would be so much more fun.
ah okay, a good reason in my opinion. at the same time i would still put it in the list, with your reason. Maybe even edit your list to includ the state of the game? would be nice to see which of them are finished and which are works in progress/early access. at the same time, i understand why you wouldn't want to... depending how you do it, keeping up with updates and editing the list could get annoying or too time consuming.
one thing what i forgot to mention is that the games in my collection on itch, around 70% of them, are still works in progress. probably a reason why you don't know/heard from them.

Goblin Burrow I'll Brone - well you take charge of your own goblin nest and do gobo things. like pillaging, (obviously) raping and defending your burrow. with a interesting gameplay loop. just a tipp for new players: if you know you can't defend against the next attack. take your strongest goblins out of the grps, to keep them for the new burrow afterwards.
Damsels and Dungeons - you manage a party of female adventures, equip them with epic (cursed) gear, lvl them, have relation with them and more. well i have to say i did not play long enough to get one pregnant. so not sure how much interaction there is, vlt a Masters of Raana situation.
The Fairy Tail of Holy Knight Ricca - is a side scroller action platformer with 3d models. where you can customize the heroin the way you like here. so pretty need. the only thing iffy is, the content is mostly lose states so most scenes are nonconsensual (the maps are easily replayed to unlok the content and you have to only lose once to op it for the gallery)
Drop Factory - i was kinda shocked that "Vitamin Quest" wasn't on the list. so i go with Drop Factory what i liked more from this developer. well its a few years i played this one, so memory is a bit foggy. It's made in RPGmaker, has some management stuff on the farm and getting the battle CGs was weird in the beginning what i remember.
Roundscape Adorevia - besides "Karryn's Prison" one of the best RPGMaker games ever made. after years and still updates coming there is a s...load of content in the game. you can play as male or female, have different starts depending on what class you choose in the beginning (access to different content as well). i played the game multiple time throughout the years because of the updates. the last time i had offer 100h with the male protagonist and jeah there is different content when you play as female. really a crime that is not in the list jet ^^ and not more people know this game.

Same dev, and pregnancy is in-built with certain enemies. It does not end the game, and even has a stat to count how many times.
