Letting those who pay get early access is common here. Not sure if he still does this as it's been a couple of updates since I played, but in the past, Fallen Eros always had free public releases.So they're not asking him.

In my IRRELEVANT and PERSONAL opinion the developer brought this on himself; he stopped releasing the public version without exlplain why, crack versions don't work unless you do things no one tells you to do, each version brings less content than the previous one, he wastes too much time on anti-piracy methods instead of focusing on developing his game, he abuses cliffhangers, he went to work on two other projects without finishing this first one and there's other things I won't mention, all while still charging $15 for immediate access to the poor content he releases, come now.
And what quality are you talking about? Only the art is good, the story is lousy, the sex scenes could be much better and the dialogues couldn't be more cliché, for me it has the same regular quality as all the "good" NTR games, if you are looking for real quality Elf's NTR games will surprise you.
In the world of hentai games you can't do that and expect people not to get upset, I fully understand that the guy has to make money from all this, but it's clear he bit off more than he could chew, I used to support him on his patreon, but stopped when I noticed the path he was heading down, I felt like I was stupidly throwing my money at him every month for nothing, now I'm just waiting patiently for the release of the full game which was supposed to be in December but I doubt that will be the case.
I respect those who love this game and defend Fallen Eros, they have their reasons for doing so and I sympathize, but I wont support this developer monetarily again, I don't like what he has been doing recently.
AGAIN, THIS IS JUST MY IRRELEVANT PERSONAL OPINION, DON'T GET MAD, IF YOU LOVE THE GAME AND HIS DEV THEN ALL ITS GOOD. PEACE.

lol wtf if u use a single brain cell its pretty obvs to see the pattern. when we have the crack version already up he doesn't release the free version if its the same as the crack simple. the last time he updated the thread for us was when we got past the cracked version with the free version so he updated why would anyone bother to update the thread with a version we already had should he just spam repost the same version thats already up. u people don't make sense like its unreal how shit this threads takes are it shocks me every time i come back its like everybody's iq seems to take a nose dive the second they see drm typed

There are multiple threads where the people let the developer release the free versions on their own, and everything is fine and dandy. It's just a case where everyone is too stubborn to compromise, and I don't blame Eros for not wanting to work with the thread anymore. I would have preferred having a free version with a paywalled gallery over the botched situation we're in now. I also don't get why the people that think the game is shit even care, ok it's shit, find a game that isn't; the people with "shit" taste will waste their money on it.

see thats the thing he still has released the free version here even after the cracked version started being posted its just people cant do fucking basic math and figure out when the free version would come out and just bitch whine about drm 50 times
Yeah, you're right, cracked versions exist, however, if you use a single brain cell you'll see those cracked version doesn't work and they're a complete disaster for a lot of people. Of course I saw the pattern that you mentioned, but not all the free players wanna use those versions cuz they have a lot of problems, public versions don't.
The developer would see this if he cared about everyone who plays his game and not just those who give him money every month, by the way he acts it seems he doesn't give a damn about the players who play the public version, we're not all toxic and dumb people as you grotesquely assume, many of us are just waiting patienly for the nex official public ver. update or the realase of the complete game.

I personally just kinda lost interest because the game went to a different direction than what I liked. I enjoyed it more when it was a cautious approach to netorase play by the couple with both of them working through their feelings and kinks in a more thoughtful manner.
Different strokes for different folks and all that, but to me the moment Tatsuki's resolution became "tease me to death mommy, I can take it" and Hana is essentially "aight Imma fuck your shit up hun" the story became predictable and repetitive.
Tatsuki lost all limits on what will make him horny, has intrusive thoughts on some exageratted kinky scenario, Hana picks up on it and doubles down, teases and scares Tatsuki half-to-death, cliffhanger end-of-content, next update we finish the play and Tatsuki confirms he is fine and enjoyed everything because he lost all limits on what will make him horny, new and more kinky intrusive thoughts appear, start the whole loop again ad nauseum
I didn't like that's how the "make all the responsible choices" route ended with the "Hana ending", which to me just felt like a way of setting up to milk as many DLC scenarios as the dev can come up with because the story and character progression are essentially frozen in time, and it still doesn't feel like the definitive happy ending that could conclude the story. I don't know how Yuma ending went because it became basically impossible to play game without paying for it, maybe it is something I'd prefer more but I'm not paying to find out.
Do think the dev started out great with the story, but then started running the game more like a business than a narrative work, which now makes it too inaccessible for me to check out if the story improved or stagnated.

crack version has worked for me every single time just cause half of u cant figure it out doesn't mean shit. also way to dodge the fact that the cracked version we get is sometimes 2 versions ahead of the free one so thats at least 2 to 3 months before the free version would catch up so once again why would he bother spam updating the thread with something that we already have or something that is a previous version behind what the crack is. the fact is im pretty sure the mods wouldn't even let us role back the version if the crack works spoilers it does

The fact that the cracked versions always work for you doesn't mean anything at all either, there are still plenty of people much smarter than you and me who keep posting different methods to make the same cracked version update work until the next one is released why? You should know, after all you have a super IQ, don't you?
Anyway, I'll keep waiting for the full game to come out, you can keep thinking you're the reincarnation of William James Sidis or something, spoiler! I don't care.

Can you tell me how the cracked version hasn't worked for you or those people? I have a decrypted and cracked version of v0.28 that's installable on JoiPlay (Android app) that I'd be completely fine to package up and upload here. Half the issue with cracks not working is that when the game updates, the dev adds more checks to bypass the crack, going so far as to overwrite files if some checks fail.

Don't waste your time, they work. Admittedly using a cracked version for this game requires a bit more work than others and that throws many people for a loop.
I've argued in another thread that the average forum user have the IQ of an amoeba and I think this holds true here. The effort to crack the game is appreciated by the people able to follow the instructions provided
But if we're being honest the lowest tier of his patreon is getting the latests version today or tomorrow, so if we're patient we might get it in about a week or so. Or maybe someone can crack it i dont know.
