Joe Banks clearly stated he was going to leave the project after a certain point. If you just go through the forum you'll see that yourself.

Dude, it took less time to develop Skyrim with a team of 60 working hard. They can draw titties in that time. This is a team of what, twelve? I LOVE checking this thread from time to time, what a shitshow it is. In the past, I was malding over this project, but now, as a grown fkn man, I just admire the comedy and enjoy it.
someone posted a rpy file that makes it look like you're a dev to the game called zzz. None of the save data things are working for the latest version so I used that. The gallery works, I can click to unlock everything but the dressing room doesn't work.

The last part is glitchy, is it because it was not done? Luna take the exam 2 times and the wand does not work on the table, and Marcus can't do additional earning by marking the papers.
I encountered the bug with the wand, all I did was just start a new savefile with the act with the new plot. Seems like the game just glitches itself if you choose to continue playing the new act using the old act's saves.
