If its version 9.0, Khan(the game developer) has said that version is bugged and to use the more stable 8.4. You can always try to "Ignore" it and see if you can get through though.

Sadly i can't get through the bug too, if someone can just have the clip of the convo after the crash

Put "zzz.rpy" into "game" folder. Should work with any other RenPy game too but with different outcome.
Makes game think you're a developer and allows to lock/unlock memories (basically memories/gallery unlock).
