Really sucks that it seems you can softlock yourself in this game in terms of combat. Wasn't focused on keeping lewd at minimum at the start, so now I've got only a dagger and bow as weapons, have no armor, deal no damage on the off chance parasites can allow me to attack (and I can't kill things to get the stuff to make anti-parasitic drug) and actually just cannot fight anything. I spent some time grinding up bandaids to fight wolves to try and get leather and make some armor, but I gave up after I spent about 50 bandaids and only got through about 25% of a single wolf's health bar.
Ive only got about half the currently available scenes in the game, so I know there is a lot I'm missing, but just spamming explore in all the areas I have access to isn't showing me anything new so I'm not super sure what I need to actually do. But not being able to win in combat vs literally anything is pretty draining on my desire to keep trying, and I don't really want to go through the effort of starting over either....
Your gripe with the combat is understandable and that is a good point, as too much lewdness and lust can turn the battle against you as well. This is where I think the Libido Ring comes in handy, as it lets you take advantage of your lewdness to call the shots.
Sedatives and Ero Drugs should also be usable in battle since version 0.80, giving more options to control lust during combat.
There was also a suggestion to make the Charm effect from seduction last 3 turns, perhaps I'll test this out on the next version to check if it balances the battles on the lewd side. Besides this, there are a few more re balancing that I'll be doing between the translations version and 0.85 to attempt to elevate combat a bit more and make it more manageable.
The game is okay but I hope they fix the drops and add physical changes that are visible to the character when she is pregnant or full of eggs
The enemy drops are now ensured, the region drops are unchanged.
Visual changes for Leah is something I'm prototyping with when I have spare time and I'm planning on adding them to some degree on the extension roadmap, depending on what I can achieve.
Is it just me or are the weekdays not in the correct order? It jumps from Sunday to Friday. Also Rumia says her shop is open on Tuesday, Tuesday and Thursday as opposed to Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
Also the Pickaxes chance of breaking is ridiculous... I spent 3 Ingame Days gathering 3 Iron Ores just for the Pickaxe to break on the first swing. After I got another Pickaxe fixed it only gathered another 3 ores before breaking again. Maybe I am just really unlucky it's definitely not worth it.
Is this Remake also planning on adding new Areas / Enemies / Scenes or is it only a true remake of the original?

Regarding the skip from Sunday to Friday, that shouldn't happen, I'm also not aware of that, did you notice that constantly or just once?
Breaking pickaxes are pure RNG shenanigans, as the chance of it breaking is 0.3%, which should mean that you break 3 pickaxes for every 1000 mined ores, but a "bad seed" can just make those 3 times be in the first 25 ores or something akin to it, giving that wave of bad luck. The best option regarding pickaxes is to stockpile them as much as possible.
When it comes to the next plans for the remake, I aim to add new areas, they are not entirely defined however, but when the remake reaches the original content I'll write a new roadmap for the extension plan.
