Not really, the game will show a ! on each character when you have something to with them and once there the story is linear. The only tricky thing is Vicky, a girl that you unlock by doing a mini game in your pc a couple of times and it isn't said anywhere in the game.

Their nakedness is basically an indicator of how far along you are with them.

end game comes after the 4some, and everyone is preggo.

Correction, end of game is the pool party scene you get after maxing out all adult characters (the little sister and cousin do NOT have to be done at all to get the ending, though they are in the game so... no judging).

After you take part in the pool party scene where you do everyone, you get the option of how you want to end the game and see the credits.

I know this game was very unpopular with most on here because of there being no ability to get the extra bonuses and skip the horrible Mini-Games.
