I am pretty sure the update is to add voice acting and polish the game in preparation for the steam version . they said that on the most recent livestream iirc but i would not be surprised if they do make changes to the story due to all the negative feedback they have gotten

There is only one NTR scene if I remember correctly. When Jen sucks off the caretaker of the building (Paul). Her fiancé shows up and she continues to suck the guy in front of him

And yes, Inceton did NTR, but Patreon bans that kind of stuff, so they're doing less and less of it.
