You need to do Restaurant work, you have to do a favor and bring some stuff to a guest room (this way you should learn about the card trick too). Guest is in the shower and you can search his place. So you can find the wand device and the TV unlock code. You can use the wand device after work in the bathroom, effect after one-night sleep.
