The Nurse (who is actually a Doctor) is giving you a drink at the strand-party in the beginning. Later that night, he begins to transform.
But when you reject her drink, somebody comes to your room (my guess, the nurse), numbs you and you get those nanobots in some other way and you wake up in the morning without your "friend" down there.

the one issue i have with this game really is..ok..we were a very hetero guy..who's been turned into a woman against his will..physically he is totally transformed..but by the available text...he was not mentally altered at all..so mentally..he is still a straight male...theres zero chance in hell a straight male's thoughts early on would be about being interested in the D PERIOD!!!...a straight male(mentally) would immediately go full on lesbian...plain and simple...ya do not suddenly like dicks because ya got a pussy..lol...i say this..because some of the convos and actions seem to lead to a future where the MC will be dicked...as a fully straight male i can tell you if i woke up in the morning with tits and hoohaa..i'm heading down to Queen Street and looking for a tat'd fit lesbian to dominate and spend my life with....HAHAAA!!!

I think the story is more leading down a path of what the protag wants versus what they are able to do in this form. When confronted by men, "he" finds "himself" trapped in a female body that responds to men's attention and coaxing. "He" can be a straight male all "he" wants, but at the same time "he" is unfamiliar with this body, how it responds to stimulus. "His" thoughts tend to wander quite a lot and if "he" becomes aroused, it translates to the female body in ways "he" might not intend.

Due to popular demand (or is it backlash?), I've been focusing almost entirely on writing for this next update, and I plan to continue doing so for the near future.
I did, however, finish my pass on a few more sprite sets which will hopefully be incorporated into the next big update, where you'll get to see how some of the other interns change.

I hope he figures something out she is easily one of my favourite girls in the game so far, I thought the small pool side night event with her and her friends was cute. More little scenes/events like that would be fun.
