Variables say this is the case, the route will be closed for Alexis. Logically this makes no sense to me...

I'm pretty certain, if you don't hit Ethan and just walk away, Lexi will call you and break up with you.
There is a possibility to not offer your help to Erynn after she tells you her story back at her place. This way you can end her story and keep Lexi.
BTW, I always offer my help to Erynn, even when on Lexi's or other route. Because this is the right thing to do.

I would imagine that's just postponing the break up. Like the Andre situation. Just a matter of timing. I don't see abandoning Erynn working out for MC in any way if he's on Lexi's route. Like I said, they will reconcile at some point, they're best friends.

I don't really like her character. A lot of things just rub me the wrong way and I don't think she's girlfriend material or even mentally capable of a relationship like that.
On the one hand she's managed to make a career yet it's not the one she wants while on the other she's managed to make herself a high class escort while being blackmailed and that's only going to escalate but her reasons behind it don't add up.
She says she's going along with it because the sex tape would ruin her chances of being a teacher ..... but being an escort won't?
It's also my problem with blackmail in general, the escalation always makes things worse. In corruption games it works because the goal is to make said girl a cum dump but here is the reverse yet she's already running the risk of screwing up her whole future.
What if one of those clients is on the board of a place she wants to teach at?
For someone the game tries to say is smart, she's thick as pig shit. Going along with blackmail without verifying the material and putting herself in a situation just as bad, if not worse than said sex tape with regards to her future career.
That on top of the drama about who he's dating on top of Erynn believing other people over friends on top of being a shit friend.
I haven't seen 1 single redeeming feature.
It's also why i'm not the biggest fan of over dramatic games, the drama outweighs the characters to the point that's all you see.
Every interaction i've seen with Erynn has had some sort of drama and all that's done is put me right off her. See i'm used to the normal stuff where you get close to someone in a game, things go well, drama happens, you overcome drama together and it makes the relationship stronger.
That doesn't happen here. There was no getting close to Erynn before the drama so the game has given me zero reasons to like her.
I'm not a guy and as a woman I believe in equal rights. She slapped him and he slapped her back.
Besides that, too much drama follows Ethan and hitting him will make things far worse. It's got to the stage in the game where I want to see less drama not more so even if I did want to keep Lexi's route open, adding more Ethan nonsense isn't an option.
I'll just pick a new main.

That's what happened to me. I walked by, Lexi called the MC and dumped him. You're basically forced to help Erynn and whack Ethan from what I know if you want to be on Lexi's route.

I might have to replay the game then and get back to that spot to where I don't offer help. I don't want to deal with drama queen Barbie.

Alright I was curious on where I stood with the points for each girl so I just downloaded the cheat mod to take a look at what's happening with the status of the MC's love life.
Lexi - 34 points
Erynn - 10
Emily - 12
Melissa - 10
Layla - 8
Elena - 4
Nikki - 8
Cara - 6
I think I'm pretty safe at this point. Reminds me of two other games I play (AOA, LoF) where my scores are so ridiculously lopsided with one LI. Not going back to replay the crap about Erynn to try to get away from her sooner. I feel pretty secure on where I stand right now.

she wasn't interested in us in a romantic way when we look like this
but now that we look like this all of a sudden she has always had feelings for us
and even if she did have feelings for us which I doubt she cared more about what her friends would say

love the sentiment but that is a false equivalence! the average woman slaps a dude and we get rosy cheeks the average men slaps a woman and the extra 40% more strength can rupture her ear or dislocate her jaw! if she nails you then its a better equivalence because of the punctured skin!
i am far from a white knight and have been hit by women more times then i care to remember but a slap by slap when its gendered its not and can not be considered equal!
The Alexis fanbase is the worst, no wonder they fell for the lying, manipulative, backstabber...
I hope Nyx cuts it out with the writers pet treatment and throws some good curveballs.
Not to mention, she slapped him because he was groping her.

first I want to say that you are entitled to your opinion and you should always say how you feel but I just wanted to make a few comments about your comments
first of all every Lexi fan has said that Lexi lying was wrong
but why did she lie she was motivated by her love or feelings for the mc
now lying is still wrong but what I'm trying to say is she didn't have any malice or hateful intent
now about her being a backstabbing friend
you may be surprised to learn that a lot if not every Lexi fan agrees with you she should have been honest with Erynn
but it's not like she's stolen somebody's boyfriend or husband

I went with Lexi originally becase she was the first person I had any interaction with. As the game went on I just preferred her character model and personality. Sure she should have talked about several subjects with a couple of people before it got too deep but we moved past that.
Aside from Lexi Elena is pretty awesome as are the 2 sisters the MC was almost a step brother too.
I like Layla but she got put on the back burner because of her stalker. Stuff like that is quite off putting if I can't see a resolution to it. Guys or girls that get too obsessed and clingy to the point of assaulting other people weird me out. I'll do her route once it's complete so I know I can get rid of him.
