Yes i also agree Nyx has a very good talent in writing the characters and also giving them expressions graphically.
A lot of people criticise Zach and i fully agree. I wish that the MC has mor male friends too because currently the game as beautyful and exciting it is has an overhaul of hot girls and leaks a little bit a competition between me around the women.
Looks like currently the MC is the only male character who gets all the girls.
But if u not tried already i suggest to try once from beginning to current ending the path with sticking to Alexis as girlfriend.
thats the one i found the dev has currently worked out best with regards to implementation to storyline and romantic scenes until current ending of episode 9. Of course i tried also other paths but i found Alexis has the best fitting content currently.

I hope Nathan can finally make an appearance again.

I hope John and MC's friendship, father figure bonding develops further.

I agree that MC needs real competition to spice things up and add tension.

There is a path that has Eryn and Alexis in the jacuzzi? Don't think I've ever seen that, do you know what path it is? Or would it be easier to just dig up a walkthrough and figure out it out that way?

I was able to do it based on Username Monetka's post:

" There's basically nothing complicated there. First of all, you have to ignore Alexis on the plane, you have to follow Layla's route, and with Erynn you need to score no more than 24 relationship points (just make choices that don't give relationship points) and help her with Ethan. "

VN game newbie here so I am not familiar with walkthroughs and mods. I didn't know how to use Monetka's saves, so I just speed played the game following the instructions.

NOTES: This still works as long as you follow Layla route, but you can still also follow Cara/Nikki/Gabi/Elena/Val routes. I think what's important here is ignoring Alexis completely, and not scoring beyond 24 points with Erryn.

No, she doesn't. It works only with having their routes in parallel. You need to keep triggering her storyline all the time from the very beginning in order to see her being jealous and sad in moments of your PDA with Layla and for her future romance route to progress. I guess you know it.
