Not everyone is keeping a eye on x certain game, people will keep their eye on a starting game-during-and complete .
there is watching the process/beeing involved , supporting the developer , even if its patreon or whatever , you are passionate about the certain game, we all will get acess to the game we long/burn for, if anyone supports x developer go ahead , it makes the developer extra and boost their next/current game

No one works at the same pace.
And yeah she had trouble with a graphic card that caught fire, a month or 2 ago, setbacks ensued, so yeah, didn't help.
Obviously won't tell you what to do, but I suggest you find another game in the meantime, that's what I do, updates are 'surprises' cause I never expect them, perks of ADD I suppose.

ps in case Nyx some how see this Nikki is the bestShe´s actually one the more productive devs out there (at least from those i follow). Updates are quite big for the time they took to make also always keep in mind that most devs make those games in their spare time, this one included!

i think NYX is good and well developed the characters and story. if speed up, the product could not be so good

When she announced that on Patreon, I know I didn't get that vibe, she seemed a bit lost and quite upset, but maybe I'm just gullible, and don't know if it changed anything with her other patrons, I know I didn't change my pledge cause of that, nor send her any additional money.
