This. From what we've been led to see/hear/read he's a decent, dare I say good, guy. Took MC under his wing and was almost like a father figure to him. Taught MC to ride a motorbike.
Seems truly offended that Ethan would treat Erynn like that and stepped up without reservation to help out. Well, that's not entirely true, he made Erynn and MC promise to keep Iris out of it.

Cool, then I don't see reason to deny Emily (mom) happiness, if that is the case, she deserve to be loved too physically if dev has no intention to add incest, let another good guy do, as long as we can watch

I can't wait till Erynn finds out John is her dad. Because if I recall correctly she was a bit scared or intimidated of him the first time she met him. Granted im sure alot has to do with letting a stranger in on her blackmail issue and maybe his appereance.
