The protagonist's father must have somehow found out that MC had returned to Madison Springs. He then took the opportunity to find out that MC was going to Dylan's bar and slowly started getting to know him. Considering that Santiago is friends with Layla and Alexis' father and Dylan himself, I guess one of them must have told him that. Subsequently, during conversations with Santiago, MC began to realize that Santiago could be his real father.

It varies a lot, some episodes are shorter than others.
Sometimes less than 6 months, sometimes almost a year.

Zero solid predictions.

We are past the mid point, no one will be able to give solid numbers... i think it should be around 10 more.
Endings should be many, one for each LI and a few for failures.

As Elduriel pointed zero chance of harem endings, maybe one throuple, every other girl will be single endings.

Often in male designed stories the female characters cross that line of how a woman behaves into how we wish she would behave, Nyx is good at keeping her women reacting like real people.
Maybe they were a little too perfect at some points, but honestly i think she's improving in making them flawed emotional people.

She can exaggerate in how much of a dick her male characters can get(Zach is just too much)... but games made by dudes also do that at times.

He doesn't have any right, but he acts like he does. That's the cause of alot of the drama between him and the MC. Val can decide for herself who she wants to be with.

To be honest, I already disliked him even before the MC drama, because he is so dense that he makes everyone uncomfortable, which is why Val and Layla don't like him back.

To be fair, he isn't all bad. If you are one of the three people in the world who picked option to hang out with him after Erynn drama (instead of getting drunk and hooking up with your teacher, or coming back to Erynn asap like the perfect little simp) you can have a completely normal hang out with him, where MC and Zach just do guy things and have a good time.

He suffers quite a bit from being a convenient device for the narrative to make MC look better in comparison, and honestly, the way MC acts towards him most of the time doesn't paint the MC like a good friend, either -- he basically never tries to actually talk with Zach and let him know the stuff he's doing is wrong, and is instead much more keen to just dunk on the guy in his internal monologues. Meantime, we can see that Zach can listen and takes things to heart every now and then. Like, when the girls explain to him why he shouldn't just presume things without asking.

funny enough Zack isn't my most hated "best friend" anymore and I use that term loosely. My most hated friend type of character isn't even a POS he is just so damn annoying I actually would prefer to have Zack over him.
