For me it was definetly a bug, after playing further, story went as if nothing happened between mc and the doctor even though they slept together and even mentioned to kelly they are together.

Yeah, but afterwords they supposed to meet again at mc's house, but the game just ignored it. Seems like the game script is buggy.

OK, that's fine, but why are you posting that here? There is no NTR in this game.
And a word of advice - asking for NTR to be added to a game without it will cause a shitstorm. Don't do that. There are plenty of games with NTR in them; go talk about it there.
