Why would they use that word here? Generally names have some meaning behind them. Naming a warship after the goddess of the hunt would make some sense. Naming a plan to rebuild the human race after an infamously virginal goddess is, a bit like naming your condoms after a city known for its failure to stop an invasion, asking for failure.
How did they trademark a military rank? I need to trademark "Private", I could make a fortune licensing the rights.

Check the wiki for her, then check the NASA website, and then amend your comment.
Another issue is the fact by the timeline of the game, I imagine names for spacecraft are pretty slim.
The USS Elon Musk is more likely taken. And the USS Trump was given to a sewage troller.

That's an improvement, grammatically speaking. The way you wrote it is still pretty Engrish to a native speaker. It feels really stiff in the first two sentences by repeating "You're" and "You", both capitalized for some reason, and then an abrupt line break to a non-capitalized "without". The last line is alright, but feels a little off.
No, those are the names give by the mod, the default names are no where close

I love the idea of a halo porn game but it doesnt look like the correct aspect is taken in to account,
imagine a game where chief wakes up in the pillar of autmn and goes on a misson to rescue cortana
the covenent is doing experiments and transfers the AI in to an actual living body that chief rescues later on,
the plot is INFINITE, no pun intended

Those are not the default names, give the game a try and you'll realize.
In the very post you quote I mention that Artemis is both goddess of the hunt and infamously virginal. Clearly I'm familiar with the myth. If you think there's a reason the name is appropriate actually say what it is. Fell bad for the dev. I get why the comments being sad about Artemis are there, but its gotta suck seeing half of the posts being that. Don't get discouraged dev, this is a good POC.
