Your system is far beyond the recommended. The best thing I can think of to get it working it try running it as admin and change system locale to japanese.

Why would you run it in locale japanese? This is a version of the game for the west that has been fully translated officially into english. It shouldn't require that at all as it was made for english computers.
Helloo, have someone tried to play this game on Linux ( winlator ) ? I had run it successful but text dialogue not showing. I tried to change localization to Japanese also added window fonts but the text in dialogue still not showing.
