Don't you know that real story tellers tell all of the details and expose all the secrets in the first few scenes so that you can just get to indiscriminate and otherwise meaningless sex scenes exploring different partnerings, positions and kinks?

I feel like there are games that do more or less what you describe. I can't think of them, though; probably super memorable games that somehow don't come to mind.

But man a game 3 year in development and only 1 kiss on the cheek for mc from Isabella is kinda weird. Like it's not about the game being story driven ( I like story driven games) but game already has many sex scenes. I wish we could at least get peck on the lips (not even needed to be french kiss or something) from the girl who is literally on the game title in 3 year development time... But whatever it's your game it's your story

Well, it's two years 2 weeks back since the first release.
Many things have changed since than.
1050Ti -> 2070 -> 3070TI -> 3090TI. Just to mention one thing that REALLY has in influence in the development.
Check the changelog about render counts and you know what I mean.

And without pointing at other games with a good story, no it's quite normal.

MC knows Isa for a few days.
If you are on the throuple route, you need to get Alex on your side, because otherwise she will !§%$KLH%LH.

As you can see I'm not complaining about game being story driven. I literally said I like story driven games. I am also not demanding sex animations. I don't know why but I honestly never really been able to connect to a main character in anything from tv to games. Even in these games and I would say these type of games should be easier for one to connect to a MC. Now im not saying it doesn't happen ever but it's super rare for me. That doesn't mean I dont feel anything for these characters. When it comes to AVN's I connect with the LI / side characters more. Which is why I play these games for relationship build first, then LI , story, in that order. Which is why lewds dont matter to me but I enjoy them all the same. Also I think that's a reason why I have a pretty open mind and 90% of sexual fetishes don't really matter to me in these games.

Also I think part of the reason I like this game so much is because of what happened to the MC's fiancé I'm able to connect to him when it comes to those scenes a bit more than normal compared to most games. Even tho i'm not able to fully connect to him. Which is also probably part of the reason I took so an immediate liking to Isabella. Since to me the way this games portrays Isabella there are times she felt like a replacement for the fiancé.

I don't think that is unusual at all. I connect with various stories and protagonists to various degrees also. I would think most people have a similar variance according to their particular personality and that of the protagonist. The story itself has some bearing as well - in other words it can be more or less relatable to your own life experiences.

If you look at the comment I replied you can easily see the developer says ''unless you reject her'' about Isa then I replied as ''there is no option for rejecting her''. I mean if you look at my comment you can see that I was saying Isa is my favourite character and I would've drop Alex for her if trio relationship wasn't possible

On my playthrough i see Isabella as a cool character but i don't have her as love interest for the MC, she's a friend that Alex and the MC learned to appreciate a lot (like Isa learned to appreciate them) and so they all will hang around like good friends do usually.

But that's probably because i'm fully on the MC going on Team Alex since the beginning of the AVN, she's the only one for him

Your "mistake" is not taking into account the time frame. Yes, the game has been in development 2 years and change, but, the time that has passed IN the story is not even a month.

Alex is in an advanced stage of the relationship, due to the fact that it was already ongoing BEFORE the game started.

Isabella, is still in the getting to know her phase, it is completely reasonable that they are still building up to the first real kiss, especially if you are in the Throuple route.

All relationships that the MC has advanced and the sex scenes are based on relationships and people that were already in his life before the game started.

Take this update, little more than 2 days passed. The girls are living with the MC for what? 4 nights? 5? Do you consider that enough time to make Alex accept the possibility of having a deeper relationship with the MC? Then build a deep friendship with Isabella? Accept and understand her own attraction for Isabella? Accept that the MC may feel the same? Accept and understand that Isabella is also attracted and on board with sharing her and the MC?

I am sorry if this is going slowly for you, but it is a truly slow process. Even for the MC, that has just accepted and recognized that his feelings for Alex HAVE changed, she's no longer a friend with benefits that he was "using" to come back to the dating scene, or at least to the outside of the house. That he now has real feelings and is willing to start to build a life with her. He's starting to accept that Isa is attracted to him and realizing that he has a bit of a crush for her TOO, beside the one he has for Alex (this on the throuple route)... It is wayyyyy too soon for going for kisses, neither of the three are ready for it.

Yes, we see that Isa got very horny with the unexpected groping, she HAD to take care of her "back problem" in the bath tub. That led to Alex getting a full dose of Isa's body masturbating, that lit a fire on Alex that the MC had to put out. So, things are warming up.

Your "complain" suffers only for not taking into account the IN game time.

What I find strange personally with how i'm able to connect to the MC to some small degree when it comes to the scenes about or with his fiancé is I have no personal experiences even remotely close yet i'm able to. So i think what you said about a " particular personality" must be the reason why im able to do so and why it's rare for me to make such connections with most games / tv character Main character's.
