VN Ren'Py Isabella - Chasing Shadows [Ch. 4.3] [badtimetales]

In case someone have the videos/animations +/- stuttering in Isabella Chasing Shadows, it's usually a common issue from renpy 8.0.3 (from what i understand Isabella run on this version of renpy) or 8.1.0 on some older CPU.
But you can get rid of the problem by downloading the file from this post from gojira667 :

download the file "renpy-8.0.3-noSDKs-mmx.zip" from either the pixeldrain or mega on his post.

then open the downloaded "renpy-8.0.3-noSDKs-mmx.zip"
Take the folder "py3-windows-x86_64" located in the ...\renpy-8.0.3-noSDKs-mmx.zip\renpy-8.0.3-noSDKs-mmx\lib\

then move that "py3-windows-x86_64" folder into ...\YourIseballaChasingShadow\lib\
accept replacement of files of the same name.

Start the game and notice videos will not stutter anymore and will play smoothly.

Without any intention to be hostile to you, you DO need to understand that sexuality isn't made of self-contained blocks. Think of it more as a "Sangria" where very many different things are mixed. You seem to understand it in definitions and things that are Done. It isn't. It's more based on things that are FELT and intent is as powerful as deeds.

You're almost there, you just need to understand that there isn't a one fits all definition. There are straight males that enjoy penis play, there are straight females that enjoy pussy play. There are very many varieties and degrees. Also, sexualities change and morph constantly throughout all our lives.

That view you espoused is extremely simplistic and reductive, things are infinitely more complex. Even a straight male is way more complex to define than you may think. You really are almost there, you just need to go a bit further. Also, forget about rigid definitions. If you keep going you'll understand that male and females aren't even the only options that exist.

That doesn't mean you or the OP mean anything bad, it's just a general advise.

The problem can be easily solved with changing the renpy renderer.

3. Choose "Quit", then restart Ren'Py.

It's true that it's always good practice to use websites like virustotal to get files from unknown source checked by a bunch of antivirus :

But still it's a good rule to never trust a file from someone you don't know.

Now for the angle/opengl display change, it will not fix the problem that is explained by the user gojira667 on the post i linked previously, it is fixed by the later version of renpy ( 8.1.3 and later) that actually incorporate the same MMX enabled libraries that gojira made available for 8.0.3 (that did not have them by default)

Sorry, I didn't read the post, as it's usually an opengl problem.
At least for the people who reached out to me because of display problems.

I might upgrade renpy for the next release. Have to check if everything will be working.

that's the point, harem path usually gets 90% of development's focus in harems and solo paths (if they exist) are neglected, I don't actually remember any harem game with solid solo story/renders, but I didn't play that many harems either

Once in a lifetime by the people who do Eternum had decent non harmen endings. That is the full list of harem games I can think of that had fleshes out non harem endings. I am sure there are others. Maybe Sisterly Lust had non harem endings, idk, whats the point of banging your "landlady" and "roommates" if you're not gonna bang em all to the very end. I never bothered to find out.

the same with me and lesbian, I wouldn't say it's a total immediate turn off for me but my boner definitely won't be that hard as is could be with straight sex M/F (I don't find it hot, and it won't make me horny, it's the opposite)
