How do you get the Alliance End? i have tried both choice during the Alliance message ( reply or not), but nothing change.

There's one more decision that can influence the ending, a bit earlier.
Love the added scenes, I hope you end up adding a few more before working on the sequel. This kind of transformation and corruption stuff is some of my favorite genres.
Pretty straightforward game with clear intentions and catering. Reminds me of similar outings from the late 2000s and early 2010s. Maybe a little too misogynistic, but all in good fun. I was pleasantly suprised by the lenght and how much character-interaction every girl got before their inevitable turning. What I appreciate the most is the pacing, though: too many times have I seen intriguing premises devolving to fuck-fests, while this vn maintains a steady balance. Nice Job, Mr. Developer. Can't wait for the next one.
Honestly, much better graphics, animation, and storyline than I was expecting. A lot of the comments are comparing to Prison Battleship which I've never played because I can't stand 2d art in porn games. Gotta be 3d all the way, so it's actually nice to get to experience the storyline since I've heard a lot about it.
The grammar and typos are terrible, which a lot of people have pointed out, but honestly the story and graphics outweigh that problem and it's pretty easy to understand regardless.
That said, the game is completely thrown off a cliff in terms of quality by the absolutely worthless mandatory transformations. The original character designs, the ones actually shown in the preview images, are actually hot. Why the hell did they all have to turn into shitty off-brand Nikki Minaj clones? The game advertises Katy Perry and delivers Snooki.
And it doesn't even make sense in-game. It is literally the most idiotic decision possible and leads directly to the mc being discovered early. This idiot KNOWS that his transformations are alerting the captain and the commander to what he's doing, but does he stop? NO! This dumbass just goes and turns his 4th slave into something that doesn't even remotely resemble the hottie she used to be. Not to mention he gives them all massive tattoos that proudly proclaim them slaves of the confederacy that could be easily noticed in any number of situations.

I loved the story, loved the ingenuity of the MC and and I believe I'm still halfway through the story and I still have no clue of what's going on and what's going to happen in the end, the plot is really good.

Came back to say I made it to the point the princess became a slave and just quit. Nearly quit when I had to give up her virginity to a godsdamned dildo for no reason whatsoever instead of taking it myself, but absolutely all of her sexiness was removed by that transformation. Can't even stand to stick around and see what happens to the captain.

It's nothing complicated, you just follow the story. The characters get corrupted by the protagonist as you progress.
As for the mind control its basic, nothing over the top or too disappointing.

AFAIK there are two instances where I have choices. 1.Contacting the Terrans 2. Letting Latifa reply to Alliance, or keep quiet. Either way I can't get the Alliance ending.
If you haven't already, I recommend you play the Prison Battleship series. This game borrows heavily from it, and feature the same kind of futuristic scenario with two warring faction (the Neo-Terran name was even taken straight from KS) with the protagonist scheming against very strong-willed, influential and competent women and using technology to brainwash and remodel them. Without the gyarufication aspect this game has. Kangoku Senkan also has less girls, only two main targets per game (sometimes with a side girl with a couple of scenes), but the process of brainwashing and remodeling is much slower and more thorough, the characters are more developed, and the back-and-forth of the protagonist and the women trying to outplay each other is more fun. The games also have several endings depending on choices, and there's a strong sense of continuity between the games.
There are 3 main games and one spin-off and they're all translated.

Bah. The darker tone of the games makes me not mind it though I usually don't care about this kind of content. The protagonist is in control all the time, there's no NTR, and his goal is usually humiliating or taking sadistic revenge, sometimes even turn them into actual prostitutes, not necessarily keeping them for himself. Most of that content can be avoided for one girl each playthrough by always choosing to train her yourself at every opportunity (which will lead to the end where she ends up pregnant and the other girl is thrown at a brothel or killed or something). But yeah I forgot to mention that, if people are completely averse to any kind of gang rape content it's better to just avoid KS. Will miss out on some pretty good brainwashing shit tho. In the end I prefer to stomach some dumb shit than that.

It's more subtle. The text itself talks a lot about how their insides are being remodeled for extra sensitivity and pleasure, but visible physical changes are usually limited to the breasts and clitoris. Nipples getting bigger and swollen, breasts being made to lactate, clits getting engorged, that sort of thing. The focus is more on personality changes. No drastic changes like in Isis, unfortunately.

a lot of people didn't linke the transofrmations it seems but TBh they are kinda the reason I played the game (though I would admit a bit more diversity would be great, maybe instead of having all the girls converge on a single template have them instead diverge based on their qualities/differences (and maybe repressed fetishes/feelings or even fears)).

The recollection is bugged for me I cant see two of the stories despite playing the game three times. they are natalya 1 and irene 2
