Immediately after the start, I always get this error in the same place. If I change the picture, it continues, but a short time later there is another mistake with another picture. I used the official download on this site

I'm sorry, but an uncaught exception occurred.

Same same..

I'm sorry, but an uncaught exception occurred.

While loading <'Image' u'images/begin/sc1_19.png'>:
Exception: Could not load image u'images/begin/sc1_19.png': error('Failed to decode WEBP',)

And the game barely got started with the intro.

Yeah, the game downloads in the OP are broken, but this works - Just tried and all is good with this one :)

EDIT: Actually, scratch that - Only got a bit further, and then I ran in to the same issue.... :(
EDIT2: And it's apparently because it's an unofficial compressed version these both are based on ... The original 0.8 version alone is over 2GB, this "1.0" is under 1,3GB....

Guys, if you replace /image/begin directory - everything will work. I replaced the erroneous pictures with pictures in which there were no errors and everything worked =)

P.S.
/image/begin directory located in archive.rpa file. if you take the tool unren.bat and run option 1.

P.S.S.
Link (/image/begin):
- -

Also, you can load your previous save immediately after starting the game and then there will be no error either.

Well.... This is what the link points to, and takes me to.

Hello guys,
We have some good news for you. It is not the new update, but we have a new guide that was done by one of our fans. This should help answer any questions about how to progress or unlock some scenes.

Don't like the second picture. Can it be avoided?
I have not played it myself yet. Game is looking good, especially the female characters <3

But sadly I think some stuff is unavoidable :(

From old comments here say , that if you want to avoid something you just do NOT do the quest related to the scene.
For example people have said that there is a tentacle scene and the only way to avoid it, is to not do its quest.
Same for the futa 3some... if we want to avoid it, we myst no do the quests.
Think there is also a goblin scene too ....

If you want play extra version, you need download this tool - https://f95zone.to/threads/unren-ba...compiler-console-developer-menu-enabler.3083/. Download it and unzip then you should copy it to /game directory. Next step - launch that bat file and select 1 and 2 menu items. After that in that directory appears file "options.rpy". Open it and change Extra = [True]. Save and close. Launch game
For me, option 2 didn't seem to make options.rpy appear. I typed that into the search bar but I could only find options.rpyc, do you have any advice on this?

I managed to get around the crashing by changing a line in the "begin_en.rpy",
I changed the line: "scene begin sc1_19 at zoom with dissolve"
to: "scene begin sc1_19 at zoom_1 with dissolve" and it sends me to another error message, but just click the ignore button and you get to continue into the game.

Edit: I managed to get a few scenes in and then the game crashed again...
