Why does it say v5 in the menu? Downloaded the gofile one, will try the others to see if they say the same.

1) It says v05 on the main menu screen and v06 in the save menu. It is version v06, the dev probably just forgot to change the main menu.
2) The new treadmill scenes are viewed when you workout on the treadmill around 13:00. Mom interrupts your workout for some fun. All three can be viewed, but you have to do them in order to unlock ass/armpit. That means you have to workout at least three times to see all of them.

WOW, at nearly max sexual tension STRESS goes through the roof and approval plummet at intangible levels. Her affection in unavoidable scenes is stressing him out.

Unless later version removed option, use it again from item menu and you should see the stress notably slow down, but so will the approval gain.

Stress needs a massive overhaul. I realize that whenever you engage in sexual activity your stress goes up. However when you gain stress when doing activities that are supposed to reduce stress, it just feels counter productive. Even more so when your affinity gets maxed out and after the kissing scene your stress skyrockets.
