Perhaps the story needs to be fleshed out more but right now Act 2 is such a jumbled narrative mess (intentionally) that I'm having a hard time following it at the moment for things to click for me. I'm hoping as the story develops, bits and pieces will make more sense as to what's going on. I think from now on, I will wait on updates that finish Acts, because ending in a middle of an act like Act 2 is just confusing for me. Overall, for the most part, I did enjoy it.

Sorry about that guys, I'm not sure exactly what the issue was but I think it might be that the apk crept up over 2 gb (at least, that's what my 5 minutes on google told me). I did a quick test of the android build for 0.4 but the handful of extra renders I added between that and 0.4.1 pushed it past 2 gb. I'll start troubleshooting and try to come up with a solution.

Welcome to "It's Just a Game" Matrix Pro Max ++ Special Editions

The previous release was good. This current one need a rewrite or adjustment since its bad. Still a good game overall.
The issue here is that DigiDec is trying to make us Philosophers but we dont need it since we have wifes

I should point out that I had trouble understanding what was going on even before this update, as you can see from my old comments .

Should note in that regard that the dev has rewritten the earlier double scene cross-cutting between Stella and Xiao and Stella and the MC to make it more linear, one conversation happening after the other. Might make it less jazzy but should make that part easier to follow.

This update is simpler to follow in some ways since it's a given that it's all just happening in the sims, the MC being bounced from one to the other in accordance with some unknown design. But once that's established it becomes easy to zone out, since nothing that happens seems to matter much.

This update was practically a big version of the dreaded "dream" scene in these games. Those are always obvious filler and annoying to the vast majority of players. The appeal of the VR scenes in this previously, was that they were small and you could see the influence they had in MC's actual world. If you remove that, you are just left with pointless , no stakes scenes. I just felt like I had to skip to return to the actual story, which is never good sign in a game. Especially when there is a lot of effort spent on that part (the scenes looked good visually).

Caught up after a good long while and was really getting into the corruption side of things. The gear shift into the meta side of things is good but should really be shorter, though I'm withholding judgment until the section is over, and we can see if the changes are reflected in the other characters.

I would like to get back to the whole "girlfriend is turning into a breeder, mom into a bimbo, and sister into a nympho" thing though. The recent sex scenes have been great, but inconsequential.

There's probably a decent argument to be made here for doing less frequent but larger updates, not in a 'take my toys and leave' sense, but so that at least you all get to see bigger pieces before you decide how much you hate it.

I'll layer the spoilers some here in case you don't want too detailed of an answer about some of the questions/concerns. Long story short - the MC isn't going to be stuck in the sims for the rest of the game, not everything in this update was a simulation/hallucination/dream.

AllSims Mod​

Updated for game version: 0.3.2 (The way the mod is coded, even if the current game version is ahead of the mod, the mod will still work & not create problems. You just won't have any changes to the game content past this version. With the dev saying there won't be any 'choose 1 sim only' choice past version 0.2.1, the mod can be considered complete. I'll still try to update it to adjust the dialogue, but it shouldn't be any problem playing with an outdated mod unless the early content gets changed of course)

Features: Play all the sims in one play through naturally. (more info in spoilers)

Installation: Drop the 00_AllSimsMod.rpy file in the /game folder (found where the.exe is present)
Works with existing saves (more info in spoiler)
Doesn't break saves.

Seems the dev went with the 'see only 1 out of 3' format for the sims.
Looking at the game's story, there shouldn't be a problem even if you see all the sims in one play-through.
Hence the AllSims Mod let's you, the player, decide whether the mc tries to see more than 1 sim per opportunity.

To the dev:
dev check the indent on line 9298 in script.rpy.
It seems to be locked behind the final else when it should (probably) be outside the if-else structure.
