Not only am I now more pissed off, but the game basically fucked itself over with maintaining any sort of suspension of disbelief. If everything is just manufactured to fuck with the MC, the viewer has no idea what is narratively real and what is not, and nothing matters anymore. Any type of impact from narrative shift or choices is now basically null and void because the viewer has no idea if it even means anything anymore.
Shame, because I have an inkling of what the dev was intending with the story, and it was interesting for a while but this just kills any type of story outside of "here have funny porn sequence, jack off, alt f4".

Again, the amount of transparency is quite refreshing, big fan. It's easy to tell that you've got a fair bit of skill and I'd absolutely be into checking out whatever new game you make down the line. If anything, this game will atleast be some lessons learned in a lot of aspects, regardless of how it turns out.

They force me to take a step back and look at everything from a different perspective which is something I constantly force myself to do to keep the story from getting too bonkers. Thanks for indulging me a bit on these discussions, I've honestly had a blast poking and prodding at your brain for the last few replies, and again I apologize if it came off as disrespectful or antagonistic, it wasn't my intention at all.
Again, looking forward to the next game if you decide to make one, since it's clear that you've got a lot more knowhow narratively speaking than a lot of game devs on here and I'm excited to see the full potential of it.
