I mean we already have chapter 1 & 2.
And the Mother's Warmth Ch.3 will begin it's production right after the Fireside Part 2. (Dunno ... Maybe ... He could venture other projects such as games or various monthlies. Who knows ... Could be wrong too .. ya know)
After that he'll start working on the remaining sequels such as 4 & 5. Please note that, 5 will not be count as an official sequel of that respective series of MW franchise.
Because it is a non-cannon of the series.
The MW-5 will be a re - telling story between the Rex & Claire just like the "Knotty Mom/Enjoyed The Best Life Of A Dog" series.
Right after heard some rumors in the community that, in the next year will be Jenny with her son and Lab Experiments part 2 .. which will features both incest contents.
Again could be wrong though .. ya know .. after all they're both rumors.
But 1 thing i know for sure that, the entire Mother's Warmth chapters will be completed in the 2022. Which will be the end of Mother's Warmth franchise.

I've decided to take off my first nomination (Jenny dog-park gangbang) this month so that the next monthly will be something new. This nomination will return on my next cycle (but the golds can also nominate it next month) and I'd still love to make that animation but it's become clear that established characters usually take precedence over new original characters, and that is the only idea led by a character I've featured before. I have no doubt that animation will be made in the near future, and I won't do this again. Also, here's a nsfw sneak peek from the monthly since it's been so long since we've had a good spoiler:
