Well, this is not actually news, so you're not bearing them.
So far, the release date has been set for the 4th of March and there isn't any indication to suggest Jackerman will not abide by it. Certainly not by an entire month.

The monthly will be out on the 2-4 of next month because Feb only has 28 days in it.
JM is probably going to release the monthly on the 4th, the same day the new batman film comes out
