Because the scene with Mr.Parker(around 280 renders total) and the scene with Shani(around 250 renders total) each took around 140 renders just for the animations.
The renders used for the animation in the Mayor scene are two times less.

I agree and think the same. We know that stoper focuses a lot on details this is his strong point so it can take a lot longer each update three months I think it wouldn't work for him
