-> Demotes you to k7 (after telling you to climb and be strong)
-> Informs you that she told Olivia about your secret sub side (after telling you that she wouldn't tell her or anyone else)

If you start sub path and promote to dom route you get the flag "subk5" and get the option to trigger secret sub. This path can only reach k7.
If you go straight dom but rub Alessandra's feet at the outside pool scene you get "-5 scale" with her to trigger secret sub as well. On this path nothing stops you from getting k9 as usual for straight dom so when you get to the scene with Alessandra in her bathroom she tells you on both scenarios she is "going to keep you at k7"... so you get demoted
I think Executive point is not needed for rank M. MC can do that normally with simple game points. We will need that executive point for Z rank. We will most likely get another point in part 3 and then in ep9. So if we have enough Executive points then we will get Z rank.
Also don't forget what kitty said in beginning when she pickup mc from jail, that you need at least two 2 Executive to vouch for you. That is why we need sponsors. I have Juliatte sponsorship at start and then dominique sponsorship before amara scene. Then Alessandra also promised sponsorship if she gets 10 orgasms during game show. If we do all right choices then we will get it.

Although the meaning of these points became clear almost as soon as the game got into our hands and as soon as we (active players) started to analyze the game code (new flags and variables). However, we still don't have an answer to the question of what it means to get M rank “the normal way” (what is written in WT).
If it is possible to get K10 and still NOT get M rank, and it is possible to get K10 + M rank, then there must surely be some flag or variable values involved. I don't think that “dgame points”, whose acquisition and accumulation is quite easy for a Dom player, will be the determining factor that will tell us in the Pt3 finals that, roughly speaking, a Dom Kane with 20+ “dgame points” is worthy of promotion (M rank) and a Kane with <20 “dgame points” is not.
So there must be something more serious and valuable here. And so far, nothing more valuable than “executive points” is available to us. That's why I assumed that points can play an important role here too, because getting M rank (intermediate and being a pure formality) for Kane is a direct road to getting Z rank.
What else do we know from official sources about how Dom Kane's actions will be evaluated in the Pt3 finals?
“K10 - for those desiring to hit executive status as fast as possible, try and get this by end of Episode 8. Keep in mind the path to get this path might be different depending on Olivia's alignment and/or Sis_team because she might want you to act differently, and she is a crucial vote. Your interaction with Pod W2 matters a lot too, in terms of factors not shown yet but more in Episode 8”.
This gives us an answer to the question about the approximate criteria for the K10 assignment, but not the M rank. For starters, we should keep in mind that Olivia is only a Z3 and she's essentially on probation too, just like Kane, she too is being tested and vetted. Also, it's important to realize that her Warden powers are limited to only K rank (prisoners/participants of the program). So, technically, Olivia has no influence on whether K10 Dom Kane can receive an M rank, the assignment of which is out of her jurisdiction.
And this means that the decision to give Kane the M rank (which is a precursor to Z1) will be made by the Board (without Olivia's participation, who is not a member of the Board yet). And here we come back to what could be the determining criterion for such a transition to M. What do we know about DGame pts?
$ DGAME + 1 (for the dom and secret su side, dgame points generally are desired for higher ranks. So you want POSITIVE points of Dgame for a better chance at a higher rank. This is not an automatic guarantee as a few choices could tweak a rank up or down and Kane having a KPass from a prior choice could also come into play. But in general, you want more DGAME points for a higher rank opportunity when Episode 8 ends at the end of the game show.
And as you can see, here again there is no direct answer to the question of how to get M rank. Will these points be responsible for that or will they only affect K ranks (up to K10). Well, we'll see. But for now, I'm betting on “executive points” and that their number at the final of Pt3 finale will be Kane's “ticket to a new life” (M->Z1).
Which in no way hints that this unknown to us “key flag” is the very “sponsor” (and 2 or even 3 such flags at once - it's already several different flags). So I wouldn't jump to conclusions yet about the importance of this sponsorship for Dom Kane (in terms of getting him a Z1 rank).

This game has a good story, but it's pretty tame for a femdom game with murders/deaths in it. Especially seeing that people on this forum are "afraid" this game would also get the bad kind of attention when it's released on Steam after the NM situation, I was hoping this game would have at least the same extreme content (especially considering the game calls itself "extreme" in the ingame walkthrough) as Moving Down which is also available on Steam for about 2 years now. This game is extremely tame compared to that one, at least on the double evil dom route.
I still can't wait to buy this game on Steam thanks to the interesting story, especially if it gets achievements.

Kane parents are always in faction B which means they are not going to support MC throughout like Elena is supporting Olivia. Also Dom Kane cannot become leader of faction B unless he is sub or secret sub. There is only one possibility when MC is moral then A and B can exist peacefully but separately.
Meanwhile Olivia always have support of Elena and Chanel. She can become Leader of any faction. Even Claudia who asked Kane's help for corruption can align with only evil olivia and dominique. Even Delilah who is mentioned in game as more sadistic by chanel is available only on good path.
Kane does not have his own ally. He will get girls only from karlsson girl he will chose. Otherwise there is no permanent ally with him on whichever path he choose like Olivia has Elena and Chanel.
I hope at least Nadia should become his permanent ally.

So despite the fact that we can control her, she is perceived as a fairly independent character..(imo) So basically, the only restriction for Olivia to be our loyal ally - is for Kane and Liv to have similar moral principles. About Nadia, yes, it would be interesting to know more about her. She seems to genuinely love Kane.
As for leading a faction..it's not very clear how much independent, assertive and self-confident Kane will need it. At least DKane can reach (if we doesn't screw up) the highest rank in this company - Z5. The same Board (including the late Alexander) is Z4.

Yes, but Kane is her family member. she is with him since jail. knows everything about what he is doing. even warned with knock knock when someone was about to enter kane's room when he was k6. Whether kane is good or evil, she shown same enthusiasm while meeting him in Veronica Lab.
We get option for Elena character to move her towards good or evil according to olivia. So Kane also need that one person and at this point it feels like most appropriate person is Nadia. who will be with him from begining to end. IMO She will fight with rest of dekock family, if they don't support kane and no matter what she will not abandon him.

Err... Nadia has openly despised the Karlssons in pretty much every single scene that she's been in lol. Hating the Karlssons is like half her personality at this point. I suppose it's technically possible that Delilah is a Karlsson... or maybe possible that she's gotten along with Alessandra (since she's Grym Gudinna and is the one that slipped Kane that hacker bracelet), but even in those cases... I just don't see it.
And what akki said makes some sense... Tess gave Olivia someone that's on her side no matter what (Elena, Chanel), but Kane has absolutely no one. Maybe in her mind Kane should have someone that sticks with him no matter what. And I think it seems pretty obvious that Callista and Cole will oppose Kane (at least to some degree) if he's evil. My guess is that Callista and Cole won't see eye to eye perfectly with Cynthia. If Kane is good, Nadia will choose him and Cole and Callista. If Kane is evil, Nadia will choose him and Cynthia. Or something along those lines.

There is no mechanism in the game to prevent her from getting on the Board. At least for now - it's part of the global plot that can't be changed. In fact, Liv is almost there already, her own mother gave her a seat on the Board. I would hazard a guess that Liv will take the Board seat right after the game show ends and Kane gets a final assessment of his actions. That doesn't mean she will lose her Warden position, but she will become Z4 in doing so.
No. Olivia seat at board is not fixed. If you look at that dialogue of Yevette when she is telling this olivia , she said something like "seat will be waiting for you if you deserved it". I don't remember exact words but this is what she said. So olivia seat is also not fixed.
I played one path where I chose all sub choices from begining for olivia. In that path in scene where patricia meets veronica and alessandra near pool, after that when they were about to go down elevator they talk about olivia. In which alessandra says that "olivia is too submissive but we will see". Then on first scene with juliatte if olivia don't punish daniel, then juliatte also says something.
Karlsson sister not going to like too sub olivia , so they will not allow her on board.
Now dev's dialogue don't make sense for olivia if she is sub or good. olivia don't even talk with kane for few minutes when he is sleeping in her house after first evaluation. But she still says that i'm closer with kane but never showed it. during that short lick scene also she says that "you need to prove your strength to me". I mean you already know him entire life, you know everything about him, why he need to prove anything to you, Olivia should have said something like "i belive in you, you will do great, after this is over we can talk about us."
Then cassandra dialogue in that scene, misstress you bending your knee. Why overhype bending the knee , dominique and juliatte already did that in same run.
