Bro... what?

Do you think Juliette is nice too?
Not at all, but if I interpret the story correctly, Nadia wants to bring the Karlsson's down because they're too sadistic. Juliette is the most sadistic Karlsson in my run, the only ones who might be more sadistic are Kane and Olivia.

She keeps a girl as a pet in a cage and plays games with a dying man, hardly a paragon of virtue. She does indeed hate the Karlssons but that doesn't mean she doesn't have her own twisted tendencies. Callista sees this and tries to warn her against having her rage twist her morality.

Somehow I missed that (probably skipped too much to get back to Kane, Olivia and the Karlssons). I do agree it's sick to play with a dying man, but it's a completely different story to kill a person with (almost) no remorse who did little to nothing wrong (like Kane and Olivia do on my run).

Also a girl as a pet in a cage in this world isn't that bad if she isn't tortured.

Nadia keeps her as a pet to "lick suck and scream for her". Nobody said that Nadia is the worst offender but she is still a sick kitten. But yes pretty standard among the ruling clans in this world.

Wow, I really need to reread her content then. To be honest I only read her conversation with Kane during their first meet, and that was so extremely boring on her side and made her seem like a pacifist, that it totally made me uninterested in her later conversations (except for future conversations with Kane) so I skipped them (like I said in my previous comment). My bad then, it seems she's less of a pacifist/anti-slave than she seems to be in the first conversation with Kane.

She has a scene in the submarine with her family where she plays with the dying man right before the scene meeting with Cynthia and your performance evaluation. The one with her pet is after Olivia's welcome party. Right after the scene where Raven asks for your choice of assistant in the dom path or after waking up in the car trunk on sub path.

Hmmm back then I still read all the dialogue and I vaguely remember that scene, but somehow I missed that being Nadia. I thought that was one of the more sadistic Karlssons or their personal slaves (or whatever they're called, the K9+).

Nadia is actually compared to Juliette by several people. (Veronica says she's a more refined version of Juliette. Cynthia jokes that she's Juliette's sister.)

Nadia hates the Karlssons but not because of their sadism... I mean, she was raised by her aunt... because Alexander locked her father in prison for 20 years, forced her mother to be on the run, and seemed to have placed some sort of bomb inside her brother lol.

Mmm no wonder I didn't remember those scenes as them being the same person (I'm not that good with remembering names unless they're main characters, but I do mostly remember "characters").... Now I see those I do remember them, but they're completely the opposite of what she shows herself to be when she meets Kane and the short talk beforehand. It's almost like she has borderline or something.

I think she genuinely cares for Kane and for her family in general. She makes a distinction in her mind between those she cares for and everyone else.

If Kane is in the sub path she is very sad and wants him to be treated better. She gets very upset when she has to see him treated poorly like other slaves before her eyes.

I guess I'll see that route if the dev decides to add steam achievements for it if she indeed brings the game to Steam (and isn't afraid for potential backlash/doxing from the "common folk").

No. Olivia seat at board is not fixed. If you look at that dialogue of Yevette when she is telling this olivia , she said something like "seat will be waiting for you if you deserved it". I don't remember exact words but this is what she said. So olivia seat is also not fixed.
I've already written about it. Apparently you're not reading what I'm writing carefully.
This gives us an answer to the question about the approximate criteria for the K10 assignment, but not the M rank. For starters, we should keep in mind that Olivia is only a Z3 and she's essentially on probation too, just like Kane, she too is being tested and vetted.
There will be no way to deprive Olivia of her rightful place on the Board under any circumstances, so her inclusion in the Board is already predetermined. Olivia is wearing strong story armor and the dev has definite plans for her (Tess mentioned this). So no, Liv physically can't screw up as a Warden and that's as clear as the fact that day replaces night.

The only thing that could happen to Liv is that she could die, but as far as I can tell, that could happen near the end of the game. However, this fate can befall anyone, including Kane, and only Astrid, Veronica and Delilah are safe from it.

The dev mentioned (if I'm wrong, Mav or Silver will correct me) that in ep9 one of the Karlsson sisters can become a victim and die, but the player will have a chance to save her. We've discussed this here before, but there's no consensus on who it could be yet. But I'm sure it won't be Olivia.
wow. I never seen that scene because i never played sub path. Thanks for sharing.
Well, at least now you know that throwing yourself into Nadia's arms, knowing her sadistic nature, is definitely a bit premature. That is, if your Kane cares at all about such things as morality and adequacy.

It's basically the worst scene in the game lol.
This scene was so bad that I haven't finished it, lol. Kinda kills the mood, if I'm being honest. For me the whole point of this route was to be strong for the whole world, and then enjoy being submissive with Alessandra and, maybe, couple of her friends. To feel safe knowing that despite having this side you would never be subjected to the horrors most of the people in this world have to endure. If Alessandra just tells your secret to anyone she fancies or forces you into more hardcore fetishes or freaking demotes you out of the blue, for me it would be a signal to stop that thing going right then and there and just go for the straight dom route. It would be perfect if you could do that (and not to be demoted further) in character as well.

It's funny that Tess accidently made 2 two Karlsson sisters that are meaner than intended by demoting you due to oversight::LOL:
- Alessandra demoting you in the scenario talked about
- Juliette who demotes you on the sub path if you align with her no matter what because it's impossible to get the amount of evil points required by day 2 or whenever it is to not get demoted.

People were thinking that the Julie one was intended because it fits her character until Tess said it was an oversight.

It seems like Nadia is the Yandere of this game, to the point she's almost a carbon copy of Yuno from Mirai Nikki when it comes to her personality.

Whether i'm playing dom or sub Kane I just want to break this damn regime.

I understand that we probably need people like Veronica to fix the broken world but it just needs to end.

Part of me thinks that none of the revolutions will result in a better outcome for the world and the only way that you can make a positive change is to come out on top at the end and make your own rules.

Nah. Yandere are obsessivley willing to do anything for whoever they are romantically in love with, even kill if they think it helps them. Nadia has no romantic feelings for Kane. The correct anime trope term for someone who snaps and kills is Yangire but even that doesn't fit because Nadia isn't sweet then snap to be aggressive or kill out of anger. At least not exclusively.

Her anger for the Karlssons combined with falling in line with the world's social norms just warped her morals. She just thinks killing is fun.
