I like pictures of characters with info they are and there connection in walk through when game got so many and a slow update so that weak at tress done not good enough for a great game like this now if there only 8 characters then it will be ok for me with my bad memory
For the longest time, the most likely candidate for who could be Grym Gudinna has always been Alessandra, but I have always been hellbent in trying to prove otherwise (despite the mountain of evidence that supports this claim).
So why then would anyone in their right mind try to dispute Grym Gudinna's identity when there is so much evidence pointing towards Alessandra? Well, it mostly comes down to this quote:
Why in the actual fuck would Callista be telling Alessandra to turn Kane in her direction, when we know she desperately wants Olivia to win the Gambit with Kane? I would go as far as to say that this line has exclusively been the source of all doubt of Grym Gudinna's identity.
While we didn't know exactly what the World States were, we had a general idea, and Alessandra was initially only a possible option with Kane in World State A (which has now been confirmed with the Faction Summary to be the Gambit Success route).
Here is an older (outdated) Faction Summary:
However, the Faction Summary that's been released since has changed certain things around. Alessandra now appears to not be a romantic option on any of the Gambit paths, and certainly not a leader on any of those paths. But instead has actually been changed only being available to Kane on World States B and C.
This means that while we had no reason to believe that Alessandra wasn't capable of winning the Gambit in the past, there is now extremely strong evidence that says she cannot. This would make sense why Callista would be telling her to push Kane into her direction -- as she is not an actual threat to Olivia at least when it comes to the Gambit. (By the way, while you could argue that Alessandra simply doesn't want to be the leader, because she claims so, according to the faction sheet, she can become the leader of Faction C, so I don't think it's simply that she doesn't want to be a leader, but possibly she is simply not eligible for the Gambit for some reason. But it could be either)
Callista has also hinted that GrymGudinna could be redeemed in their conversation... The Faction Summary has also proven this to actually be possible with a little help from everyone's favorite redhead.
Anyways, I've completely given up trying to prove that Grym Gudinna isn't Alessandra because it's too ridiculous at this point, and will instead look for a new theory to peddle.
Windhoek is where the majority of Karlsson operations are centered.( I think they renamed it to Karlsson city or something I don't remember) The executive who you meet if you do the tour of Juliette's sales dept. operates from there. Most "mainland" things run through there. Cape Town is another key city with the Callista gated community where there is no resource rationing. Johannesburg is the main city for the Dekocks, New Paris is Botswana etc.

Ah, yea those cities are where I thought they would be based off the explanations in game.
I think the main issue is that I only just learned there are islands in the middle of the ocean and it's blowing my mind lol. For example, I thought Bermuda was right next to Cuba and Puerto Rico. As it turns out it's quite a bit further than I had expected. You know when those late night talk show hosts go on the streets and look for idiots that don't know geography and start asking them questions? Yea...
Also, do you remember where Cole is located?
I remember at some point, they mention there is a place of relevance just north east of the wastelands but I can't remember why. If that's where he is, then that's quite the distance for Kiyomi to have just showed up to on a whim... also it was snowing there, I wouldn't think it snows much in northern Africa.
Yeah it's where the British exiled Napoleon because they didn't want to turn him into a martyr. Also has the worlds oldest turtle. It used to actually be more populated than it is now since boats don't need to make as many stops anymore.

Never stated but I'd imagine somewhere arctic to test, and maybe try to reproduce, soil shielded under ice and unaffected by whatever catastrophe wrecked everyone's ability to grow things at scale. That's just a guess.
Whether it's somewhere arctic as we know it or somewhere frozen due to whatever catastrophe happened I don't Know. It was never really even stated what rendered most of the world barely habitable so it's just speculation.

I't actually a damp and cold place IRL, Napoleon was exiled there after Waterloo (1st exile was on Elba) and it probably contributed to his death. Unless he was poisoned with arsenic by the cowardly british.
Anyways, it's no Goa or Hawaii. Tbh, the worldbuilding in KG makes no sense, since they have all these fancy yachts and helicopters, but no manufacturing facilities to build and maintain them. I just ignore it and look at tiddies.
Yes...just you. This is easily deducted from the flight time with Kitty/Kane on the Dom route, long before our first 'work experience'.
More importantly, if we go off render names....then Astrid is in Hawaii....how the fuck does Yvette easily travel (without being questioned) 10k miles? That's not a simple trip time wise.
My guess is he is in area above wasteland. It was mentioned that strong wind flows in that area and it's conditions are not suitable for any livelihood. So he is most probably in this area.

I think Grym Guadinna is not same person every time we see them. I think first time in temple, it was Alessandra.
Then during boat visit it was Veronica, because Calista mentioned it later when she asked Veronica about Cole that she was aware about him during boat visit but not prior. But we know Veronica was aware about everything at least before Kane arrived at Karlsson facility. So first visit happened after Kane at karlsson facility, then it's possible it was not Veronica at temple.
Then when that bracelete or something was slipped into Kane's pants. That time it could even be Kiyomi. Because she knows best how to slip past security.
So i think Grym Gudinna is group of Calista, Alessandra, Veronica, Kiyomi and kiyomi's mother if she is alive.

The SS route (as well as pure Sub) doesn't appeal to me, but it's rather amusing that in SS routeAlessa appears to be able to be "turned to the light", in case the player makes certain choices and if Angelica takes over and Alessa submits to her. Well, you already know that, but I still have a hard time imagining this "Сruel Goddess" submitting to someone who is a priori below her in social status (Angelica).
Alessandra has made a couple of mentions about this though.
a "Celeste! Don't you go there. The Karlsson Group is a meritocracy and we'll have none of your world's nonsense here! Even with our assets!"
a "Oh it does [pname]! And don't forget to use Mistress consistently. But back to you...I personally don't believe your mother should matter at all."
a "You should be judged on your own merit, but the fact remains that most of the Board feels differently. They literally see you as good genetics."
a "But I look at you as an individual. And right now, you're just a man who's slaving away for my enjoyment...and licking my tub. So do it."
The problem is that Alessandra just always lies about everything so it's hard to get a good read on her. And we definitely haven't seen everything from her.
