Mav, precisely because I've noticed it more than once when looking at the images Tess has posted, I decided to ask PL further who the author of those funny titles is. Although, in one of the recent devlogs, where there was that image with the "racist" title, for some reason I immediately thought it was Tess's idea to troll everyone that way, but now that the jokes with the image titles kept happening, I decided to figure out what it was all about, haha.

Corporate Development Memo 18th of May 2025

Hi everyone!

It's a late Sunday night for me and I'm relaxing with some herbal tea as I write a nice update before getting some sleep

1) First of all, the basic update:

I did another 105 renders and finalized some animations I liked and basically as of right now, I think we're at 1,471 renders and 33 animations.

I did mostly dom side work this week because I wanted to think more about the next sub scene. One of the scenes above being pictured is probably not going to be seen by a ton of players. (it has two positive flags and two negative flags meaning all of them need to exist to get the scene) My advice on this specifically is try to have a save with only the revolution unlocked but without any heavy side activities or an evil Olivia (I recommend a good Olivia) (without action with Celeste and/or a few others).

2) Steam

Not pushing hard updates as much because it's kind of a side thing when time permits, but Russian and Portuguese are closer to being done. Chinese is progressing but the person helping me out is not as familiar with the Renpy program so it is a manual process transferring text from one document into Renpy directly. So this is more time consuming, but it is the language that is a "must" for me to have to release.

I will be talking about this a lot more as I am closer, but just kind of mentioning it here.

3) I am kind of thinking now that I might want to get to about 2200 renders or so based on my outline versus 2000 but I am going to still try and shorten it and keep it tight as much as possible.

4) Polls

I will release a new poll next week basically asking all of you if you want a few options for further content:

A) Stick with very strict/tight 30 render dom/sub polls and work.

B) Do what I like but it may end up being more like 50+ renders (I will try really hard to avoid how bad it was this time around)

C) Just focus on the game and ignore polls until the next update is out.

I'm pretty open to anything and I consider this element of my work kind of a Patron driven thing and will adapt accordingly.

To give full context, it's fair to say that each render I work on polls is roughly the same amount I lose in time for the game. So for example -- if I do 100 renders in a week, 50 poll renders would likely mean 50 game renders for that given week. It's a pretty fair approximation.

5) My short trip I talked about is coming very soon -- just a graduation ceremony for my cousin in Nevada! I'm very excited to see her give a great speech and move on to her college studies! Unlike me, she did not grow up with a ton of advantages so I'm really proud of her! It may impact renders a tad bit, but I usually write a lot more when I travel so it should even out!

I hope everyone is having a great week/month/year! I am starting to ramp up some real life stuff a bit more and we've formalized our final wedding/honeymoon stuff all out now! It's a HUGE relief to kind of get that all wrapped up for the most part. Our parents aren't too thrilled it's not the most elaborate thing ever with 500+ guests (neither of us are wired that way and want it smaller and more intimate) but we're both really happy with it and much prefer blowing money to visit our shared dream destination for a honeymoon! (keep in mind I am likely to pause billing for this month) Now if someday Anais ever got married...I would expect a literal circus (love ya girl!)

Thanks for sharing. The ongoing scenes of a passive Kane being brought along to female NPC activities of choice are beginning to feel overplayed. Why are we getting a scene of "dom" Kane idly watching as female characters amuse themselves with male K1-4s when we have yet to see any hint of him actually being involved in the game show independently?

We are basically at the end of the supposed game show episode trilogy, and dom Kane has yet to have any fun scenes actually engaging with female game show participants. If Tess isn't going to include evil Kane gameshow scenes (is that fun only for female NPCs on the sub route?) then she should at least be focusing this update on Kane's interactions with his pod and the VIPs. Including a scene with Katsumi tormenting people below her again feels like it does little for the narrative or character development given that we have already had plenty of these.

Sub Kane should be maneuvering about trying to find a mistress to latch onto and Dom Kane needs to start getting the ability to have some control and do some management. You know, what was implied to be what was going to happen at promotion evaluation before the Kitty gameshow sideshow. Last update we got some indication that this was still the intention, but I'll be glad once this gameshow nonsense comes to an end.

I have to admit (once again) that the Dom scene (0.8.2) with Juliette, Dominique, Mercy, Dr. Chastain and our first personal and beautiful harem slave, was pretty good and quite promising for a dramatically wiser and already more proactive Kane. However, I agree that we need more scenes of Kane having fun with the show's female contestants or V.I.P. guests/Karlsson sisters while learning about personnel management, etc., an not just starring as an observer of sadistic bitches abusing men we don't care about at all.

The only thing I can surmise is that this future "contemplation scene" might be important for the sole reason that the blond male slave is none other than the super hacker we need to save if we want to follow the path of the Revolution.

On the other hand, we knew there would be scenes like this when we agreed with Kitty to help her run the show...Obviously, since the show revolves mostly around the survival of slaves/male prisoners, we're going to be involved simply because it's one way to test us and our character and morals.

It's obvious, after all, that in the show's finale, Olivia and the Board will be evaluating our Dom Kane actions not just because of how well he fucked them in their pussies, but also because of the decisions Kane made regarding the fates of those particular contestants on the show. But overall, yes, we need more scenes with our WPod girls and desperately need serious big scenes with Angelica, which we still don't have.

I don't think we will get anymore management related task with karlssons sisters. There will be minor decision like allow angelica to whip or not. same related to another pod girls. There will mostly scenes with Charolette and phoebe family.

There will be also important decision of save or kill that hacker.

Actually what I hoped most from this game was sadistic Olivia and Kane having fun together. I wanted Olivia to torture both male/female, use their tongue and then Kane can get bj from female slave while using body pain. Then Olivia and Kane will have sex after this fun. (Like that scene with Elena near swimming pool, where Olivia and Kane getting oral from zach and amy)

I also expected Kane to go with VIP's when pod members were in maze not when they will be VIP rooms now. sub path got double scenes during maze and now in VIP rooms but dom path only getting VIP rooms.

Also game show running with Kat was disappointing. Kat is running entire thing without MC. When Kat was meeting Olivia and Elena in Karlsson's office, she told them she killed one contestant. Why Kane was not present there? Why Olivia is okay with kat killing prissoner when she is in charge of them.

Also I don't think we are getting big scene with Angelica in this episode because Alessandra already with her while Kane is with Chloe. I don't think she will get another major screen time. Kane have to evaluate other pod girls too.

Well, that's a great task list, much in line with mine. Kane's relationship with Nadia worries me as much as his love affair with Liv or his future meeting with Callista. Dominique's sexy slave is very good indeed and should be the second slave in our harem. Ranks, well that makes sense, if we want to be Z5 and lead this corporation one day, we should be as efficient as possible.

I'm not talking about Alessandra and Angelica Secret sub scene. I'm talking about scene in previews where MC is fucking chloe falling on Olivia and Alessandra and Angelica torturing Jake.

I know Angelica is main LI, but I don't see any scenes in this episodes with her because Kane has to gain trust of VIP's. This last part of epsisode will be mostly VIP, Evaluation and little about decock family. Dev wants to complete this part 3 of ep8 in 2 parts before her christmas vacation. So i don't think there is any time to add extra angelica scene.

Kane will get mostly time with angelica when she kind start working with him as his team member. most likely Kane has to work on building permanent team from next episode while living in house currently kat is using.

I would not be surprised if the Dom side ended before the Sub side in pt 3. The only things left from the Dom side are the revolution and the fake one with Dom. What else is left that has not been axed from the game? There are now 16 endings. How many do you guys think Dom Kane will get, because I believe Dom gets 2, maybe 3, with the rest being on the Sub side

Well, to be honest, she even apologized for it, and for the Dom side Tess promised to do a big pool of renders too, something on the order of 60. And recently (thanks PL for sharing the devlog), she initiated a vote/poll for all patrons on how she should handle these survey renders in the future and whether she should spend her time on such things slowing down game development or devote all her time solely to rendering for the game. So this seems reasonable enough in my opinion. I wonder which option the patrons will vote for.

Dover, to be honest, I wouldn't be too pessimistic. Yes, we won't have the Celeste content and the ending with Kiyomi, however, with a certain probability, Doms will get another LI "from the sub side".

Of course, we'll have to wait until Tess is done with character optimization and stuff, but overall, I think it won't be too bad, and the number of endings (with the possibility of different outcomes) for both sides will be roughly comparable, given that the World States and factions, have long been established and spelled out, as well as the main pool of possible Dom LI 's. But, again, we have to wait for Tess to post a devlog with a full LI 's breakdown, so I'm not ready to confirm or deny anything yet.

One thing I liked about Karlsson's Gambit was that you could be good or evil. Now, it just turned into another goody-goody Mc story that I'm slowly losing interest in. Yes, I know there's a sub side, but I don't play that route.

Yes that's what I was also excited about playing different good and evil paths. But now it's just good path and kill one person with Juliatte in every update to call Kane evil, tha't it. Kane will never have fun like Olivia having in sub path which I don't play either.
