Dude, you provided a quote (I assume it's a quote) that proves my point and came to the opposite conclusion... English is not my native language, but I know that 'you' can mean both an individual ('Bob, you made a mistake') and a group ('You guys made a mistake'). Regardless, she's just pointing out a mistake - 'It's not enough to hide one's appearance. A very keen eye might recognize even the subtle movements that are unique and specific to an individual.'
