To get there you need to accept Scarlett's offer on the airplane (or just go overboard and serve everyone, I guess) so that Jules demotes your sorry ass to K3. Fun times.
You get demoted if you choose scarlet on plane, then when you meet juliette she will demote mc to K3 if you are not evil enough.

You just have to be k1 in episode 7, after the party you will get ruffed up pretty bad for k1 scene with jules and crew, then the scene will happen with veronica, healing you up, talking, etc.I play as k1, care to tell me, how I can find that scene?
