No, it was me who edited the text, but it reflects the mood of players who constantly see the same “when will the new update come out” questions in this thread.

BTW, on the previous page there is a post of the developer (it was published by PickerLewd), where she shares her progress in working on Ep8 pt2. And if there's no exact date there (and there isn't), then all you have to do is be patient and wait. Tentatively, based on what Tess posted earlier (on her Patreon and Discord), I think we can count on the end of December. But those are just my guesses, so if you want to know the approximate release date of the update, keep an eye on this thread.

I have always wondered cant the site/ forum Admins create another another tab at the top next to " Discussion " and " Reviews ". Something like " Update News" Updates regarding the next version go here from the developer or Admins or thread owners as "read only" for members, everyone who has some sense should go and read the top post to get the latest news.

If you use the links to devs Patreon or SS provided in the OP, you get exactly this for most VNs.
I doubt we would get an info with your tab system, if the dev posts are not free to access. So you get exactly the same kind of info.

That is true, I was thinking more on a easier UI/UX pov. Also most if not all "whens the next update?" posting users dont bother to go to devs pateron/SS or discord etc. Thats where this came from.

I understand where you are coming from, but they also would not check out another tab that somehow would have to be kept updated by someone

I'll say more, these users don't even bother to read the last few pages of the discussion, where, often, there is information about the developers' plans that they are interested in. And it's a huge problem when some users don't want to use search and don't read the thread itself, preferring to take the easy way out and just ask their question on the last page.
