Yes, unless something unforeseen happens, the game will continue to evolve. (this has been mentioned more than once in her devlogs)...Moreover, AFAIK, her husband has something to do with her work on the game (but it's not certain).
As for Tess herself, t her positioning of herself as a dominant personality...it seems pretty questionable for me and I definitely wouldn't call her one. She looks more like a rather insecure woman who likes to show off her own achievements and praise herself, as if to convince not so much her readers as herself.
Plus her known impulsiveness and rejection of the slightest criticism of her game (even if this criticism is constructive), as well as her reactions, mostly emotionally colored - instead of dialog - bans of players who disagree with her opinion (on patreon and in discord), attempts to take revenge on players, taking away this or that game content (lol!) from them (which was announced long before)...
Iin general, all of this taken together definitely does not add to her “dominance points” in my eyes and does not make her the person she wants to appear in her devlogs and game outros. Nevertheless, I recognize that she is quite a talented writer and can create excellent and deep story in the form of the same KG.
