20 years ago games were more solid and had minimal amount of bugs, there was a thing called game play testing. Which is now early access and patreon, where you pay to play and find bugs for companies.

And most Games 20 years ago were smaller than 2GB. Big companies back then, made Games that were smaller in File Size, than a fricking Porn Game, made by 2 Devs now. Games got bigger. Bigger games more chances of Bugs. More bugs, more time needed to play test everything. Time not every company is willing to take. And for that matter not even gamers themselves are willing to wait. They want the new stuff.

I mean, in a way you aren't entirely wrong, but this is pretty unfair when you compare a full company to the likes of most indie developers. Hell, not to mention the fact that EVEN 20 years ago you got absolute shovelware that barely even playable, and lets not even begin to mention how gaming was prior to Nintendo creating an actual standard that companies had to reach at a bare minimum to be sold on the system. There is plenty of issues in modern game development, and of course, patreon/EA is easily abused by those with either less than good intentions, or poor abilities to manage their projects, but the ability for passionate devs to release a game and get some funding for a product, without having to go through any companies is a huge win for creators and players as a whole, and you'd have never seen some of the greatest games we have both in terms of hentai games, as well as games as a whole if not for payment models like Patreon/Kickstarter and the like. In most cases, I'd just say be skeptical and do your research, and this whole issue of being burned by Patreon/Kickstarter type games will be a non-issue ultimately.

Since I'm not sure if anyone has replied to you, all you need is healing thoughts ultimately if you're talking about when being placed onto the ground, combined with the default ability that regens your stamina via energy, with healing thoughts regening energy via willpower. The only real defense though for getting into sex attacks is to just not get put into a situation where you will end up in it in the first place, namely by suppressing dirty thoughts/sexual desires. I don't think there is actually a way to break a sexual position once you're in it, since the way the game works is essentially Karryn is consenting to said position/sex due to her desire in said body region being high enough to accept it.

Fire imperials and never fight the slackers or keep imperials and fight slackers every turn. Making it past the 3rd boss with exactly 40 apparently doesnt count (there goes my entire evening), and i remember getting like 5-7 passives from fighting the guards several times and getting invaded with 4% after firing the imperials.
Slackers cough up way too much dough to just pass up and I hate the tedious, time-consuming MMO daily-like grind for chump change in the bar with a passion.
Youd think in a prison there'd be some sort of underground pitfighter arena for money...
Incidently, is it "see" or "hear" no evil which works better to minimize passives gain?

Fire imperials, never fight the slackers, and get the invasion chance at 0% via edicts. You're right, the bar can get very tedious on a pure run, but I found the income indispensable until late game.
I'd like to see the bar have fewer actions, focusing on interesting choices instead of optimizing the order of actions to deliver drinks faster. The loop of go to table, take order(s), return to bar, select drink(s), return to table, and serve drinks is just too time-consuming.

if you can afford around 10 bucks for this game do it this game is easily in top 3 bests H games is worth it pay for games of this cuality

i did the run of Hard mode with all sensitivies under 50 always fight first the monster than likes more sex like goblins or nerds, and buy the ring for no see and no hear that helps a lot in early game then yo just have to farm exp and gold with enimmies easy to kill like humans and thugs

Having a low slut level does help with the run, but the key requirement is: Vaginal and Anal Virgin, plus No First Kiss. If you don't ever get fucked and you beat the game, but someone kissed you, you get a varient of the Empress title. But not Holy Empress.
