Nah, I don't think that's gonna happen, bro. The DLC will only include the sidejob. This game needs mods, i hope the community can fill the gaps, there are a ton of cool things that could be done.

When you go to armour there are entries like --Titles-- and -----End----- and stuff, this is what I reffer too, they absolutely shouldn't be added.
You should add (change value to 1 for) stuff that is AFTER ---Titles--- or ---Titles2--- and BEFORE next linebreak in the armour category. They going to be named either the same as in the game (and achivement list), very similar but shorter or in the scheme of <stat> <one/two/three> for titles related to stat and sexual stat growth.
Now, there is plenty of other stuff that lies around, but changing other things is risky, not only bunch of entries are outdated, and don't actually used the same way as you expect, so will have no effect, it's also easy to corrupt the file. So, keep to gold and titles, or make backup of the save and experiment.

I expected this game to inspire other Western-involved RPGM eroge devs to provide similar gameplay and amount of content months after its release.
...And yet none has ever really able to match. All the existing ones keep doing things how they've always done: drag on projects for as long as possible while taking in monthly fees as they drip-feed minimal content additions. Even as Steam becomes more open in its catalogue by including more eroges over time, this seem to do very little to change the culture around this subgenre of games.
I don't really care how other devs want to milk their fans. They're only taking advantage of their audience, even as their audience knows it - that their audience refuse to wake up and gate their wallets accordingly is their own fault and they deserve what they get(or lack of it). What I'm concerned about is how they're gonna affect Remtairy. Just with this game alone, they have VERY few competition. I'm scared that this will just send the wrong message: that it don't matter how hard they work on their project, because it's porn and people are gonna keep paying.
Or am I expecting things to change too much, too soon?

Game development takes a lot of time and effort, a few years for things to change would be much more realistic.

Eh I don't think you are expecting too much but definitely too soon. We only know about this game because most of us's been following the dev on this website since early 2020, and it's only been released less than a year ago. It's going to take a while for people who care to actually come up with something comparable.
I would like her to have more costumes during normal gameplay and fights, at least the ones she uses in her side jobs, possibily having the option to remove clothes also.

Have you tried Cyberslayers? It’s not finished yet, but is awesome. Not exactly the same type of gameplay, but deals with heroine corruption to the max!

Karryn's Prison is the best H GAME out there.
REQUEST TO REM:
I would love if your next game was very similar to Karryn's prison in mechanics but is a female HERIONE protagonist that has superpowers which protect her and overtime the enemies are able to wear her armor and powers down or overpower her etc.
So much potential and no one has done this genre well yet. REM is the one who could do it.
