If you check the Patreon, you'll see that you don't actually understand what's going on here at all, so your advice is kind of... totally useless.
The development team for this game is Rem and Sachinama. Two people.

They made Meltys quest and they're making Karryn's Prison.

The other games (club Bifrost, ect) are being developed by separate teams, and published by Remtairy.
I have no idea what that publishing involves, but I doubt it takes as much time and effort as developing AND publishing your own game.
So those feel more like side-projects by the dev-team to get some money rolling in, while working on their own game.

Oh, and speaking of Money.
Remtairy has already made commitments to publish/translate those other games, so now he has to deliver on those promises.
Real commitments, not your usual Patreon 'I promise this game will come out' stuff.
Presumably money has changed hands.

After those are done, yeah, focusing more time on KP would be nice, but i'm pretty sure that's already the plan.

TLDR: The dev can't just drop the other two(?) projects because they're not actually his games. Someone else is paying him to translate them into english/publish them, so he has an obligation to finish the work.

I aint involved in the process and it's not explicitly mentioned on the Patreon page, but it seems like a solid assumption.

Okay, then let me rephrase that into a shorter version:
It's a shame that the devs are caught up in other work and can't entirely dedicate themselves to Karryn's Prison because this is easily one of the best H-games I've played throughout the years. It's a fantastic concept that hardly any other game offers and it's well done by the devs.

I like it so far, but I have no idea what to do actually. Trying to lose the fights to get ahead, as winning does not seem to do anything. But losing does not seem to lead very far as well. Any hints?

This actually is not your usual "lose for scenes".
You get them during the battle if conditions are met.
Winning will only get you to the end of level one since it's basically on a Demo level (it's still in Alpha).

Try raising the level and edicts and then wait in battle for scenes, try different opponents.
After a while and after you got quite a few scenes raise your lust to 30ish, go to the Thug battle in the boss room.
Wait till you lost (most) clothes and wait for both thugs to initiate their knockdown attack.

Actually I did not put it right, because she keeps winning the battles by making those guards orgasm (after some quite entertaining grind I got her to give handjobs, I could not open other possibilities though). Actually I did not put it right, because she keeps winning the battles by making those guards orgasm (after some quite entertaining grind I got her to give handjobs, I could not open other possibilities though). Well I see you are on v0.3l, try getting a hold of version v0.3m, the build I have, see if that works properly, also it seems you are having a resolution problem, are playing in 4K? If so I would scale down to 1080 for RPGM games. If all that doesn't work, it might be the download mirror version is broken. I use Nopy when available.

Well, the ones on the far right do that, the ones on the left are more standard buffs IIRC. But you can consider the ones that make you more vulnerable to sex attacks to also be trainers, since (at least some of them) decrease a stat but also increase a stat's growth rate. So when there isn't a level cap / it's much higher using them will let you power level a given stat easier.

Last week, I mostly worked on Club Bifrost, and on the Steam store pages for Club Bifrost and Island SAGA. With help from Kamichichi for the Island SAGA store page and help from Sachinama for the Club Bifrost store page, we've finished the store pages and they're currently going through the Steam review process. I also did a bit of work helping with the coding for Island Saga, and then I took my first break in months on Friday. And then while I'm waiting for the last batch script that needs to be edited for Club Bifrost before I can do final edits on them, I've spent the remainder of last week working on Karryn's Prison.
Hardcore fans of Karryn's Prison who had played as much as they can with the current alpha release of Karryn's Prison will have noticed that currently, the following sex actions are available one way or another: Kissing (also available as skill for Karryn), Handjob (also available as skill for Karryn) , Blowjob, Titty fucking, and Vaginal Sex. And while it's not available ingame currently, Anal Sex is also partially implemented.
Along with Anal Sex, there will be three more sex actions available in the next alpha release: Cock Petting (which is only in cut-in form like Kissing), Footjob and Rimjob. Footjob is a skill for sadistic Karryns, while Rimjob is a skill for masochistic Karryns. I'm currently 90% finished with implementing Rimjobs into the game. This week if there's no work available for me on Club Bifrost and Island SAGA, I hope to be able to implement Footjobs and finish implementing Rimjob, Blowjob and Tittyfuck skills for Karryn.

I guess you can use them to maximize stats growth and later on take them off to remove the stats penalties when you've reached max level. Though I don't understand how the game calculates stat growth. When I chose the first training edict for stats which says increase growth by 5%, the stat growth jump from 100% to about 130% somehow.

Also, is there a way to increase charm other than buying accessories? And what does corruption actually do? Also, anyone knows if the max level is just for the demo? Or is it going to be like that in the finished game: your level cap will be determined by the number of Levels you've already cleared/subjugated?

Charm increase?:That is a pure sex stat get friendly with the guards and lose repeatedly without fighting back against inmates.
And your character will be a charming slut in no time before reaching lvl12
Corruption?:right now probably pure decoration
In the future releases its nearly garanted to have more function/chance to gain behind this stats.the demo highly unfinished in this aspect.
It is just a fantastic DEMO of the first lvl subjugation.

I also experimented with accessories and a lot of their descriptions do not match with what is shown when you're going to equip them. I mean: description said increase growth in one stat but when you're going to equip it the stat change shows that you're going to get increase in a different stat.

Also, what's the exact version posted in the OP? Not the latest 0.3m is it? Any important differences/fixes?

No complete list at the moment.
Anything can be a source of passive/title, up to 20times is the tracking limit if im not wrong.
If you submit a bug report it will be fixed by the creator.

To reply to the first question, try to release mouth desire. This makes them kiss you more and thus unlock certain passives that will grant you the Kissing skill.

Regarding the second comment, well it's a weird world, yes. It reminds me of Attack on Titan xD

Yeah, I finally unlocked it. After many more kissing sessions. Wish the unlock requirements are more transparent.
