Well, for the most part, that shouldn't be an issue, since Handjob can transition now into different other Sex Positions. Now sure, if you want as in your example the kick Sex Scene, you would have to get rid of other enemy types first but those wouldn't even be the issue. The issue would be the Thug himself, since he would go for Missionary Position.
But my point is more, that if you add a system, that let's you directly block stuff, like the timer you said, that you have to react or else... well let's just say, does it seem still like something the MC wants, if she was just too slow to react to block them from doing Sex Stuff to her? It would shift the entire mood of the game into a different direction. But maybe a simple mod could add such a feature.
