I am a bit annoyed, actually. Sure not being the wisest player ever I am really struggling to get the second floor subjugated - and NO, I dan't want any saves, I waaant to get that by myself, but it seems pretty tough to me if not grindy?

The battles, the jobs - it just takes far too long, really.

its not that grindy if you take into account that most of the stuff that is already implemented - progress wise - are meant for later stages of the game (floor 4 and 5), you arnt meant to reach the higher tier skills and stuff until later, but that later content isnt there yet.
The only thing I found "too grindy" is the passive to get kiss skill, and the amount of kissing you have to do to get it get you a bit too high on the slut level, but given that its a very powerful skill that has high pleasure dmg to enemy with low pleasure dmg to you, while having very strong debuff on enemy, I think its reasonable.

As for how to get past the second boss, theres 3 easy ways to do it:
1- combat specific build (high str/agil/sta build with the second tier attack skills - slam very powerful)
1- charisma / mind build, just get horny fast with something safe like breasts or mouth for kissing (easy cuz you get horny debuff from the Dr.) and masturbate in front of the boss while keeping pussy/cock/ass desire low, that way you get defeat them sexually without actually having sex with it
2- sex endurance build - just have sex with it

Unfortunately, solo female is kind of the rule with this game, even in situations where other women are clearly present(reception desk), other women cannot do anything perverted with Karryn. I would opt for an Edict where you can hire a few female guards, but I have a feeling Karryn/the player would never see them... if you catch my drift.

Passives are unlocked after battles, titles are awarded the following morning. Then you need to go into equip section of the menu and put a title you want on Karryn for it to take effect. No need to tamper with game files.

As for how to get past the second boss, theres 3 easy ways to do it:

For example the bar why would she work at it ? well because the player wants to see her in another outfit being groped. right but the character her self, as a straight laced secretary who is there to turn this hotel retreat back into a reforming prison would never lower herself to work their she wouldn't even tolerate it even being their because what kind of prison sells booze to inmates ? (never mind where they are getting the gold to pay for it.)

course you could reduce the issue by for example making the bar for only the guards who also live in the fort.

My idea would be you play as the vice warden employed by the younger brother of the emperor who is giving you one last chance to prove your worth to him. (after many failures) His order is to turn Karryn into a spy for him and eventually allow him to take the throne from his hated older brother. You would go about this by trying to trip up Karryn when she tries to bring order to the prison then rushing into help with advice more guards money etc in order to bring her into you debt which you will slowly use to corrupt her body and mind.

course this would be quite the modification

If you only want bjs for some reason, I recommend the bar side job. Sounds to me like you should get into mod or game development, because I don't think you will ever see the developer make a fundamental change like this to their game due to a post on some pirate site.

Right now floor three just gives you a message to let you know the game is still incomplete and you cannot actually subjugate floor 3. The most recent content is the floor two bathroom stall glory hole. If that interests you look into it on the floor two edicts to unlock it. Also, it gives a teaser about the floor 3 job being a strip club, but absolutely no content for it yet.
