This is good advice and I can't really think of much to add to it. Though you didn't really touch on titles. I prefer not to indulge in the semen drinking competition. So I tend to equip anti-strip titles. Being a good hostess while flashing my tits as much as possible.

Does that even work? I thought they can harass her freely regardless of the state of the uniform as long as the relevant desires are high enough.

The bar side gig becomes such a clown show once you get enough passives that you can't keep your desires suppressed. This! With enough passives / sluttiness the Bar mini game is basically unplayable, I guess maybe you could kick everyone out at the start of your shift and then try and manage but that doesn't seem very fun.

1. Invest in mind and endurance related edicts. High endurance not only increases max Stamina, but also reduces Karryn's overall sensitivity. Also enact 'Resist Orgasm', which is the skill I use mostly when waitressing, mainly to avoid breaking glassware and losing drinks.
2. Start the shift with a selection of drinks on the tray ready for immediate serving, so you don't waste time and stamina walking back and forth between tables and bar. You may have wrong beverages on the tray, but chances are you will have something that a patron is looking for. Thughs' preference seems to be beers, Guards' - spirits (vodka especially), Goblins' - also spirits, especially rum.
3. Little point suppressing Karryn's desires, unless you want a chaste bar service... which you don't if you want to get her drunk, fucked and made sip cum from a mug. The only desire I am constantly supressing is pussy, because she's a virgin after all. The only desire I am releasing at the start of shift is boobs, as boob flashing is rewarded with tips. Not as much as serving drinks and helping herself to them, but still it gets the party started.
4. Make sure she's in vicinity of clients who have drinks at the table.
5. Start her day with Bar service, when she's at her freshest and fatigue isn't negatively affecting her sensitivity and orgasms experienced already her max energy and willpower.
0. Take notes of drink orders... unless you have a seasoned waiter's memory. Not kidding, with a full house and a wider selection of drinks on offer, it will be quite hard to keep track of who wants what, especially once groping and orgasming starts. It would be great if there was an edict that would equip the bar with a tab, but in the meanwhile I am using my own tablet to record orders.

This is pretty solid advice. I'm going to comment on each point though:

1. This seems like a good idea but takes a lot of days to accomplish, especially on Prisoner. Resist Orgasm in particular is buried deep in the edicts.
2. I actually decided not to get any new drinks for this reason. I load up the tray with pale ale and kick out patrons who order water.
3. The reason for suppressing her desires is that getting harassed repeatedly can be very disruptive to the flow of the waitressing minigame when you don't have abundant stamina or energy and no way to resist orgasms.
4. This is good advice, I've started just camping tables with many drinks when I want her to get drunk fast. The downside is that you're not keeping up with taking orders and serving drinks, which risks brawls breaking out if you don't get the drunk sex event triggered soon enough.
5. This is also good advice, though with an obvious tradeoff.

Whenever I try to get my kick countered by thugs for example, some other enemy always ends up doing a handjob or even regular sex before all the requirements are met. Anyone have tips or is it just luck?

Personally i level up agility to be the first to atack, so when karryn met the conditions atack with a kick and that it, counter sex.

After you lose the game the first time and are returned to the area with three doors, you'll notice a kitty wandering around there. Talk to it. I am not kidding, it will give you some REALLY good advice.
To be short, you are not expected to win on your first playthrough (unless, of course, you edit some of the game files to give you more money, better stats, etc.). The odds are stacked AGAINST you.
So, losing the game by having your order fall down below 0 is not something to be ashamed of. That is a normal gaming event in this game. Start over, while keeping all of your levels you have gained during your previous run.

Hello, out of curiosity how the counter kick animation is activated. I think I could never see her

Make sure your charisma is high enough
Get rid of the halberd
Fight a multiwave battle
Get wet and enough cock and pussy desire in the first wave
Kick a thug or orc in the first round of the rest waves

I think this is the most reliable way to initiate that
Usually at this point you are too slow to initiate a kick so you have to use it on the first round

She can still sleep in her own bed as long as you choose your defeat scene to be the Guards office intrusion or Guards battle defeat, which are the same - they grab her and take her to her bed.

Besides, building the ultimate slut requires the player to drop battles a lot.

It's a hardcore porn game with sexual corruption as the main theme, so the lewder the MC is the easier the game gets... which doesn't mean there aren't some caveats to that. You will need to use some strategy with Karryn's sluttery.

Only Guards will initiate blowjobs during battles and some lewder prisoners. Defeat scenes and toilet service are a different pair of shoes. By 'initiate' I mean them making the first move and being the 'heads' in a scene. Once Karryn learns how to give blowjobs out of her own will, she may suck whomever she chooses.

Other types have their own preferences: nerds - footjob, rogues - rimming, hobos - anal, orcs - titjobs, thugs - pussy...

there are cheats that buffs the damage you recieve, make you you have them turned off, if this doesn't work for you you can edit lots of stuff, i was really annoyed by that as well so i edited the amount needed her to one time so she gets drunk from one drink and i increased the amount of please needed for everything except pussy to 200 so all they can do is either let her drink something or attack her cloths, i can share how to do all of that if you want if the first option doesn't fix everything for you
