You probably didn't download the fixed version in the op. It is however an easy fix. Copy the RGSS301.dll from the main folder into the system folder and overwrite.ok there is Absolutely something wrong.....

Dumped this shitty game at the rape scene. No option for the brother to intervene; just sit and watch his sister get raped. There should be an option to intervene and rescue her. In my view an option for the brother to overcome the rapist, and for the sister to remove the rapist's cock when she leaves. The only suitable punishment for a rapist. This can't even be classed as fantasy.

Yeah I had the same problem, it's the RGSS301.dll file, I just replaced it with another one.
