The most important one is Money:
$Money=#

While you can do the relationship ones, they don't really matter since you can raise them without difficulty within the timespan of the game by cleaning the rooms, and complimenting Sarah.

Now open the file 00console.rpy (with a text editor) ;
find "config.console = False" and set it to "config.console = True"
Now, in the game press shit+o
