What happens if you take Mel/Quada to the starting area and let them get hit by a slime? I never saw any animations for them so I'm curios.That is correct, I believe by playing new game+ you get Mel/Quada as bonus support characters.
You don't get any new guns with NG+, that's only achieved by doing the challenge levels.

PS 1: this is based on DLL injection and will probably trigger your antivirus (it's safe, but trust me at your own risks)
- With this mod, the characters will lose clothes progressively as they get fucked. Clothes get restored at full health.
- The mod reads the naked images in the "OPEN ME FIRST/" folder so make sure you download the game as it is on f95.
- In the future, the mod could display more animations than just these variants. If you feel like drawing new sprites or even new enemies, let me know!
PS 2: I didn't test it much, could have some bugs, please report them.
Yes, it is very possible, you just have to get someone to edit all of the animations so there is a pregnant version of each of them. Then you'd have to get the john8r9 to add compatibility for it. Editing the animations is relatively easy, they all exist in "GameFolderName"/bmp/picture/anim and "GameFolderName"/bmp/chara_sp/hm. You just replace the files in those directories and it plays the edited version instead.Ooh, does that mean we could have impregnation on the table at some point?

As for those complaining about the gay stuff, it's not only possible to make something like what Laarix is saying, but quite easy. Just erase the animations in the files/overwrite them with green and you're good. Frankly i was lurking the thread waiting for an hero to make the same edit to the translated version, is it not possible anymore? I probably would have made the work myself if i had the skill necessary to do so.

Included in this is an update of the above mentioned gay removal edit. This removes the boy's animations and also edits a certain other animation to not have male parts.
Edit: I accidentally had the animation images for no top and no bottom in the wrong folders.

The program (again from my understanding) modifies the game's memory stream during runtime and simply replaces images when specific in-game values are met.
Now, we CAN just "add" that behavior. As a strictly conceptual idea.
It wouldn't be more than just copy/pasting whatever the hit detection and scene player scripts would be, adding a new BMP, and "playing" it.
The engine isn't overly complex, and it's something I can easily conceptualize from a programming standpoint. It's basically a more limited RPG Maker engine, honestly.
Our issue is that all of the code is in Japanese hahah.
This is actually an idea I was tossing around in my head a while back for Explorer of the Golden Planet, but left it on the backburner to focus on doing mtl for Devils Were Tempted. As trying to find exactly what I want (code-wise) to emulate this was my hangup.
It usually involves me repeatedly bashing my head against the same sections of code until I figure out what I'm looking for.

Honestly, in my opinion, the progress we've made up to this point doesn't really leave me wanting anything all that much. The English translation and uncensoring were my biggest wants, and this cloth tearing mod is the icing on the cake.

I was going through and working on preparing the mods for a play-through, and noticed the edited sprites in bmp/chara_sp/hm/ I provided weren't there (might have been my fault lol), and their isn't a version of those sprites for the half clothed characters either.
