Well if you rename your "No Bottoms" directory to "Rivi no bottom" or whatever it was called in the OP, then you could already use the DLL I shared without even changing anything, it was already looking for the boy's sprites (it just skipped them when they were not present in previous versions).
Regardless, I've updated the DLL to use the new path, plus some bonus changes:

- The game will now trigger 2 random teaaring sounds when cloths get ripped off (the wav files can be replaced)
- I noticed there's a secret variant for Cultist's "Both Naked",so I made that one trigger when character is naked and HP is 0. (Please let me know if there are other special variants like this that I missed).
- The game will look for the half-naked sprites both in "No Bottoms\bmp\..." and "Rivi with top, no bottoms\anims", with the former taking precedence. So it will still support the previous version, but we can use the folder "No Bottoms" from now on for consistency.
Unfortunately, I've just tried to also replace the walking pictures with naked variants (the "chara_sp" ones), but it doesn't seem to work. I think it's because these pictures are on the same spritesheet, so they are loaded differently. I expect it will take me a very long time to make these work, so don't bother further editing the chara_sp.
