This game was somehow pretty dope, I don't know why yet exactly, I think the artwork and style was cool, It should get a sequel.

How to check hot score in game?

Open the "Items" menu. The "Key Items" tab will have an item called "Hot x 1". Open that and it'll tell you what your current hot score is. It's a persistent item, so it'll always be there for you to check.
